Order stolen by their fault
I bought nishane colognise saffron from them and was very excited to receive. I did put my order to be delivered on a parcel locker nearby as my building has over 200 apartments and often packages left on the lobby get stolen.
Got emailed by them saying that they cannot deliver to a parcel locker, so i gave my address with the condition that it wouldnt be left unattended on the lobby, if im not home at least they get it taken to the reception on my building.
So turns out they just delivered throwing on the lobby and not even photos of the item delivered was provided. Also i was at home at the time and didnt get my intercom ringed, neither people on the reception know about it. Still waiting my emails answered so at least I can get a refund on this, its unacceptable that a company this big uses such a low quality delivery company.
Pretty sad about this as I loved to shop at their website and until this all the other experiences were amazing. Not to mention my first delivery was taken to a parcel locker, idk why they changed this and know much less why would they change for something worse.

The perfume is nice and as described, however, being charged four dollars for gift wrapping and they simply just put it in a shiny packet is ridiculous and a joke.

Blocked me from using the website FOR NO REASON
I have purchased from the site before with no issues but this time they required multiple layers of authorization such as a six digit authorization code and going as far as demanding me to send them pictures of my ID and my credit card I use for the purchase. I complied with all of their unreasonable demands and they still canceled my order and ended up blocking me from using the website. I literally did nothing wrong and I was a previous customer but I will never use this website to buy cologne ever again. To make things better for me I found everything I needed for over $100 cheaper so I was able to get even more cologne for the price. Buying my car wasn't even this hard. Their customer support is the worst I've ever experienced. They would not provide me a reason for refusing to sell to me and even acknowledged that I was fully authenticated and funds have been verified but they had canceled my order anyway after telling me everything was cleared to go through. I asked their customer service what I need to do to get my order through and if they could provide any direction whatsoever because I didn't do anything wrong and they ignored all of that and said I was trying to get internal information and confidential company policy information from them. Are you kidding me?? If you are thinking of using this website to buy cologne just know that you can get it elsewhere for a lot cheaper and you get the same quality product. I highly recommend fragrance net, perfume spot and fragrance shop for a smoother shopping experience faster shipping and the same quality products for no hassle. I did try to submit a formal complaint with fragrancex but they completely ignored it and ended up blocking me from the website. Completely unprofessional which is why I am here!!!!
