WARNING !!

WARNING !!! I ordered 3 bottles with total of $172 because fragrancex said free shipping over $49. I just had $25 taken out of my acct for shipping. Shows recurring pymt. Called and put a stop to it. BE CAREFUL EVERYONE !! Now I need to go to the trouble of going to talk to my bank in the morning.

FragranceX experience

I ordered a fragrance to be shipped to the UK. When I took the perfume out of the shipping packaging, it was clear to see that the perfume box was opened, sealing stickers on the sides were cut, and the bottle lid smelt like the perfume has been sprayed. I contacted customer service and sent them photos. The reply I got was that it does look like the stickers were opened but that doesn’t mean the perfume has been used.. no other solution such as a replacement or a partial refund was offered. I will keep the perfume as sending it back to the US is too much hassle , but I won’t purchase again.

They were nice people lots of coupons and good prices I was kinda a B* so sorry guys. I was antsy but me nagging to you still resulted in kindness and solutions :) if you’ll forgive my 2026 societal and e-commerce impatience I hope you’ll allow me to buy from you guys again
