The process for delivery takes way too…
The process for delivery takes way too long. I even paid for it express shipping, which should have took 1 to 2 days. And didn’t get it till the fourth day. Would also be better if you could track your item. This is the third time I have ordered from websites & it has taken way longer than you guys say. Delivery needs to get better!

I placed an order for (2) fragrance…
I placed an order for (2) fragrance vials on August 16,2026. Decided to pay for the express shipping in hopes it would arrive by Wednesday (19th). Im just receiving information that my order is just now reaching the warehouse and it will arrive in 1-2 business days. In turn it makes this order arriving in roughly 4-5 days when I could have paid for standard shipping since the "guaranteed shipping" hasn't been fulfilled.
