Massive delays, abysmal customer service
I ordered a Chistmas gift for my wife on 17.12. The delivery was supposed to arrive within 2-5 working days. It came the second week of January and they did not want to refund my order... terrible customer service and experience.

Wrong item TWICE
Ordered a gift set for Christmas, turned up wrong. They told me to return asap so they can send a replacement. Instead of a replacement they refunded me and told me to place another order. By this time the gift set had gone up in price. Ordered it anyway, wrong item turned up again. Its now almost the 2nd week of January and my MIL still hasnt received the correct present

A very disorganised business they never…
A very disorganised business they never seem to respond to Customer queries over the phone nor reply to emails I have placed a order over 3 weeks ago still no order confirmation all I get back from the company is we are running behind our warehouse has been closed surely the whole country is now back on its feet after a long break but these guys still seem to be closed either their are buying items once a customer order from companies or don’t know how to run a business I want be using these guys again I will contact my bank for a full refund outrageous company stay away people pay a little more and receive a service

Waiting for my order
I ordered the 31st December and still waiting. I was informed that one fragrance is out of stock and received a refund for it and in the same email was told I should receive the remaining order before the end of the week... They don't respond to emails. I won't bother calling reading previous reviews.
