Apologies
I need to apologise to Fragrance Avenue. My order finally arrived after 3 weeks, and after I had bought the same product elsewhere! Bit of advice change delivery times from 2-5 days to a bit longer to allow for postal strikes etc and most importantly correspond to emails and answer phones calls when people ask where their orders are customer service is key in any business.

Ordered 2 bottles of aftershave took account of delivery days for delays due to postal strikes but the items came in 2 separate deliverys.
Got worried when only 1 turned up but after emailing was informed that the other one was being shipped out.
Have now received both bottles that were ordered so very happy.

Don't. Just don't.
Ha ha ha ha ha. Apparently my order was fulfilled 7 days ago and I've been asked to leave a review!
Well, here we are 21 days later and I'm still yet to receive it let alone smell it.
I'm sure the poor postal workers will be blamed by Fragrance Avenue, however it was left 14 days before they even despatched it!
They are cheap but probably so for a reason. I'd steer well clear if I was you.

Poor customer service!
They only delivered one item when 2 bottles were ordered and paid for. I tried phoning a few times but left on hold for over 10 minutes each time! I also emailed them and still no reply after 1week.
Do not use this company! 😡
They only responded today (19Dec22) to this negative review! They have not emailed me or rectified the error with the order. Completely useless company - and I will not be shopping with them again! #FA34128

No one answers phone
No one answers phone, no one responds to emails. Order placed 03 December states 3-5 working days no sign of it and now missed the chance to deliver to friend as she's leaving to go in holiday now. Stop hiding behind royal mail strikes you are responsible for delivery, find some one else or change your information to 5 weeks delay so customers are not misled. Calling bank to get this money back. Unbelievable company.
