Do not buy
Do not buy . If the items get lost in transit they will not refund you or resend the hair . I use a few different companies for over twenty years . I have never seen this problem before . It keeps happening. I won’t risk it again !!!

Hi Lucy, Im so sorry you had problems with the delivery of your parcel. I appreciate how frustrating it is when parcels get delayed or go missing. Thank you for your patience whilst we liased with DPD to track its whereabouts. We have now dispatched a replacement parcel for you. The tracking shows that this was received by yourself yesterday. Hopefully this concludes the matter to a satisfactory conclusion and apologies once again.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS....PAID FOR 5 RECEIVED 3!!!
Less than satisfied to say the least. I purchased 5 x flat tip extensions on Tuesday. I received the package on Wednesday (wonderfully fast service) however opened the package to see that only 3 sets received.
Allegedly their stock levels are correct, the weight of the so called package was correct and the size of the zip lock bag is correct, amazing they allegedly checked this within minutes. However what isn't correct is the amount of extensions received. I have sent photo evidence!! This is for my daughters prom and her fitting appointment is Monday coming so this won't be happening!! Stress of GCSEs and this is a joke!! They expect me to wait to speak to MD on 11th July??? The stress this has caused is crazy. I tried calling within 3 minutes of receiving the package but no answer as they were closed. I emailed then a minute after that!! I'd avoid this company at all costs as they're scam artists. I have sought legal counsel as this is less than acceptable and against my consumer rights. Avoid avoid avoid and i will take to social media too to have this put out there...esepcially with the massive following my daughter has too, await the storm!!!

Great hair…for about a week
Hate to leave a bad review but this hair is awful, very dry and shedding like crazy! Also, the colour wasn’t like the colour I ordered. I’ve had to take them out which is a shame as I’m still paying for them. All the correct after used, just thought I’d try a new brand but won’t be purchasing again, sorry

Well I was so so pleased at the start
Well I was so so pleased at the start - the colour, the texture the look of my weft was amazing… 4/5 weeks later the hair is shedding, matting soooo badly, breaking and so dry. I’ve been using their products religiously but nothing helps. Shame . Would not recommend. Care items were purchased as a gift from family member

I have reviewed your order and i can see that your order included the shade Silver. Silver is the most highly processed shade, being lifted all the way from black, so extra special care is needed for this shade and similar ones. Extension hair no longer benefits from the nutrients from the scalp so its essential that the extension hair is nourished correctly through the use of the correct aftercare products. I cannot see any products purchased under your name so if you are using non-extension products this can be the reason you are experiencing breakage and dryness. If you would like to discuss the aftercare of your extensions any further please feel free to reach out to our customer service team who will be more than happy to help xx

Ive just received your edited review. If you would like to drop me an email with the details of the order in which the aftercare was purchased then we can take the hair back for testing from there. We only put hair through testing whereby the correct aftercare products have been used so we would need clarification of this first.
