Flat Tip Extensions…

Ordered some colour samples first which helped me choose some shades. I do love the silver it is like an icy white with a silver grey highlight. The hair feels really good quality and not overly packaged like some companies. Delivery was super quick.

I was recommended to try the pre bonded…

I was recommended to try the pre bonded hair Extenstion for my clients
The first batch I was honestly very pleased
I then went on to order more hair for a client of mine if over 20 years
The client noticed early on it was like no other hair she had ever had I asked her to persevere untill I could get her in to look I was on holiday at the time
When I finally got chance to book her in I realised the bad quality of hair I had received from this company
I messaged them with my concerns I am a Hairextenstion specialist with over 35 years experience and reached out asking for refund of cost of hair no joy
I then got my client to come in to remove when I removed the knotted bad quality 22” pre bonded Extenstions
They had not only knotted repeatedly in my clients hair they had caused her own hair to snap off
I am fumming as Hayleigh refuses to acknowledge the situation and just passes the buck back and forth waisting my time insulting my intelligence as I have most probably been in the industry much longer than her and no what I’m talking about this batch was inferior

First time ordering from foxy hair extensions

I’ve worn hair extensions for 6 years . This was my first time I had purchased from foxy hair extensions i was so excited to try the hair . I ordered 6 packs of 26” pre bonded hair extensions and had them installed august 12th along with ordering the after care treatment to go along with it and keep my hair extensions lasting the maximum time . Within 4 days I noticed huge amounts of matting and shedding and the dryness was like straw even having use after care it didn’t help make them feel or look any better . 2 weeks in and I’m having to have them removed I’m heart broken as I truly wanted to love them but they look and feel so bad and not as described . I contacted customer services to try and resolve the matter but was told nothing could be done , no replacement , no refund and that they were sorry I had issues but the actions that followed made it clear that they weren’t going to help me and it’s sad to say but unfortunately I will no longer be purchasing from them again . I have sought legal counsel as this is less than acceptable and against my consumer rights and I will continue to do so until a fair agreement is met on This matter .

Pre bonded hair extensions

I’ve been using these hair extensions for years and had no trouble but this past year things have changed Iam using the right products and trying to not use any heat products regularly so they last longer , I had them in a few weeks and started matting up and can’t control it ..so disappointing I bought more conditioner as I was advised to revive it but hasn’t stopped it puffing out and matting so have to wear it in a braid .,any advice I would appreciate. Thanks

We've checked your order history and can see you purchased conditioner on your most recent order, but not hair extension shampoo. The correct shampoo is essential in caring for the Indian hair extensions, as using the wrong shampoo can unfortunately lead to the extensions not receiving the correct nutrients which in turn can lead to matting.

It's also worth noting that the recent humid weather in the UK has made caring for extensions a little more challenging, so extra aftercare is especially important at the moment.

I would actually do a minus star if it…

I would actually do a minus star if it was possible. Foxy hair has lost my business a few thousand pound due to me having to replace the hair from
Foxy with good hair from a different brand, which cost me time removing foxy hair and purchasing new hair then reapplying, along with the original cost of buying this awful hair. I have tried to send it back however foxy said the hair is only good if you use products bought from them which is ludicrous. I have done extensions for over 20 years and never experienced such awful hair. This hair is not cuticle tact and to say no other shampoo and conditioner is suitable is insane. I am currently getting the hair tested independently as they emailed me slating beauty works (actual hair extension products) saying they damage foxy hair. Please do not buy from this company as they take your money and supply hair that is no way human hair. I am currently taking this company further and taking court action to claim money back for my time and having to purchase new hair from better companies. I am also sending details to beauty works as they slated them in emails so they can also take further action if they require. Please do not buy from Foxy hair it is no way human hair no matter what grade you buy! They may think I have backed down, however taking the correct routes for court and getting independent testing done takes time and compensation will be required and I am happy to wait for this.

We recently tested 2 batches of hair that you had purchased from ourselves.

In reference to the first batch, we were not made aware of the problem until its lifespan was almost up. It was determined that the application of silver shampoo contributed to the issues experienced. We advise against the use of any colouring products or silver shampoos on extension hair, as such actions are taken at the customer’s own risk.

The second batch performed well during testing, and we did not identify any faults within this batch. We reiterated the importance of using the correct and compatible products to ensure the longevity of the hair.

Both batches originate from our affordable Indian hair range and consisted of our highly processed blonde shades. We recommend adhering to our aftercare guidelines, particularly when purchasing lower-grade hair that has undergone extensive processing. Our aftercare products have been formulated specifically to complement our hair and have been in use for over a decade, providing essential nutrients that support the unique processing of our brand.

Nothing negative in nature was said in regards to the other brand’s aftercare products; rather, we wanted to emphasise that not every brand's aftercare is compatible with our hair. Different formulations can contain ingredients that may not work effectively with our products, which is why we encourage the use of our specifically designed aftercare.

I love Foxy hair

I love Foxy hair. The hair from this website is on par with some of the more expensive brands. I purchase a lot of genius wefts and they are a game changer. Delivery is always fast. No complaints whatsoever. Ps please don’t ever discontinue your genius wefts!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
I’ve had extensions for years and never had a problem, but these were absolutely awful! Within the first week they became matted despite perfect care; brushing them was a nightmare. I used appropriate products, slept with my hair in loose braids using silk scrunchies and a silk hair cap, but they are such poor quality there was nothing I could do to stop them becoming a frizzy, tangled mess.
I had to keep them in a braid at all times to avoid knotting, even in a ponytail the ends matted-up. I emailed via the website multiple times but never received a reply. I went to another salon who examined the extensions and told me they’re not Remy, they’re cheap and poorly made, the follicles run in different directions, hence the constant knotting.
I can’t believe how much I spent only for my hair to look absolutely disgusting. Do not be fooled - the hair will appear soft and smooth at time of application, but within a week becomes a ratty mess.
I submitted this review to their website and surprise, it is not displayed. The only reviews on their website are 5 stars, so they obviously just don't publish any other reviews.

UPDATE: I had the extensions removed at another salon and found that my natural hair has almost entirely fallen out. I'm left with about 10% of the original volume I had. The poor quality hair, large bonds and incorrect placement I had done at Foxy has caused traction alopecia. I hope that it will grow back, but as you can imagine I am pretty devastated. Unless you want to lose a lot of money and your hair (!!) I would AVOID this salon.

As you cancelled your appointment, your non refundable deposit was unfortunately forfeited. We understand and are mindful that things do crop up in our busy lives and we are more than accommodating and happy to work with our customers to re-schedule to a more suitable date & time should the correct notice period be given. However in this instance you requested a complete cancellation of appointment which resulted in your deposit being lost.
To ensure fairness and complete transparency, all of our terms and conditions are displayed very clearly and available to read on our website and also shown on the booking system at the time of booking. These terms were read and agreed by yourself when you booked the appointment and submitted the deposit payment.
Im sorry that you felt my email came across as rude, that was definitely not my intention, my reply to your email was simply to clarify our booking policies.

Thank you so very much to the team at looking foxy. I will be recommending looking Foxy to everyone! I have been using looking foxy for my hair for 3 year & they don’t ever disappoint.
Colour recommendations and products are amazing as I always get compliments on my hair. The quality of the extentions microbonds are just fabulous… I have been getting extentions for over 10 years, you guys are the best. The warm welcome from Bobbie to meeting the hairdressers to getting my Hair colour, cut, ahi-Lights, Balyage, cut & extentions to the aftercare advise is just everything I need in my life. Thank you to the beautician for my Aurycedic facial and massage - just to let you know I have dropped 2 dress sizes since starting the slimming wraps in 2 months. This is a a 1stop shop to get fully pampered. See you guys soon!

WORST COMPANY! TERRIBLE QUALITY HAIR- AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE

WORST COMPANY! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! I have been using hair extensions for over 15 years and I can honestly say this is the worst hair I have ever received. The hair was as my hairdresser quoted 'synthetic mix and clearly curly hair' not the straight that I had brought. I had it in my hair for a matter of weeks before I asked my hairdresser to remove it due to it being such poor quality. I then had to buy a whole set of hair from another brand as I was sick and tired of having to use half a bottle of £20 conditioner everytime I wash my hair just so I could get a brush through it. I have followed aftercare and used the best products and never had a proble with any other brwnd. I thought I would try a cheaper brand and it unfortunately has been the worse mistake of my life and ended up costing me twice having to replace with a new brand.
Anyways, I sent back for there so called testing of there Z grade hair and kept getting ignored, months have passed now and a generic email that they have sent the hair back with a cover letter of there findings. I do not live at that address anymore- and why would I want faulty unuseable hair that I can't do anything with. The bin wouldn't want it. Why would you not communicate your findings via email and ask for a return address to return it to, instead of ignoring me and sending an AI style message saying it wa sent week ago with so called findings to an address I do not live at. All a big scam-will be filing a chargeback. Pay a bit more and get useable hair, for what I pay nearly £400 for I could probably get better quality down the hair shop for £30. Gutted that I trusted this company to look into this and do the right thing instead of filing a chargeback straight away. If you care about how your hair looks and care about your money, customer service and finding a solution if something goes wrong then please do not shop here. No one likes being scammed

I had a really bad experience with…

I had a really bad experience with another hair extensions salon.
So made an appointment at foxy hair extensions and oh my word they look and feel amazing. The blend is beautiful. Felt so relaxed in salon even tho I was extremely nervous from my previous salon as you could see the extensions on the back of my head .was made too feel really welcome and calm even had a glass of prosseco. If your thinking of extensions don't look any further n waste your money else where go direct to foxys n look n feel a million dollars like I do

I have only had this hair in for 8…

I have only had this hair in for 8 weeks and I have used extensions for years and I have used foxy hair numerous times and this has got to be the worst hair I have had in a long time I always take good care of my extensions. This time the hair is constantly knotting, frizzy, dry, shedding can’t even put my fingers though it I’m not 100% sure if this could be a bad batch but this hair is very expensive and i will not be purchasing again.

Even though the wrong items were sent out to me first time round I was so pleased with their customer service and how quickly the mistake was rectified and I received the correct items they even wanted to pay for the postage for the items I sent back !

These are the worst clip in hair…

These are the worst clip in hair extensions I’ve ever had. I’ve bought 240g for almost £400 and each weft is so thin with barely any hair on it (15g per weft I think). It’s such bad design and it’s difficult to make them look nice and blend with your own hair, especially if you’ve got thick hair. Also the hair quality is not great, I only used them once and they became very tatty and lifeless very quick. These used to be my favourite but I won’t buy again now. A positive is that the girls in the shop are really friendly and took the time to colour match perfectly. It’s just a shame the extensions themselves suck.

Do not buy

Do not buy . If the items get lost in transit they will not refund you or resend the hair . I use a few different companies for over twenty years . I have never seen this problem before . It keeps happening. I won’t risk it again !!!
