I initially phoned Natalie with several queries and she answered them fully. She also explained the delivery procedure to Scotland and I was delighted to find that it was free. Natalie was enthusiastic about the product and was both friendly and professional. The chair is beautiful, great quality and workmanship. More than ample packaging and a short delivery time. I purchased an Egg chair + ottoman + a Swan chair all finished in Whisky coloured leather.

Communication from Natalie was excellent. The products arrived on time and I was so impressed with the quality.

I had a question about the Egg chair as I wasn't sure how to operate the tilt / rock facility. I had seen on other sites that this doesn't work on many of the poor quality entry level products. Natalie got back to me the very next day to explain how it worked and the chair now tilts and rocks. The Egg chair is now my favourite chair in the house.

I don't normally bother to write a review but the quality of product and service from this company was so amazing that I felt compelled to let others know that they should go ahead and purchase from them without the normal fear of online purchases.
