Both James(Jimmy) and Cantie have over the past 2 years:Yes it took that long to sell the cottage; shown how patient,determined and driven to success they both are. The cottage was sold 7 times before reaching a conclusion, but Fox Grant hung on in there to the end.They were sympathetic and informative giving good sound advise at all times dealing with myself and family and difficult clients. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to any prospective clients.

The brochure was very disappointing & many people including the purchasers said it didn't do the property justice.
Considering that we did all the viewings we consider the fee to have been excessive. Although the agency were unfailingly polite we usually had to chase them. When we phoned for progress reports we were told that they were just about to call!
In the future we would use an online agency.

All staff at Fox Grant have been friendly, approachable and have done everything in their power to make my house sale go through as smoothly and quickly as possible. Thank You!

Adam Field was the sellers agent, It was an extremely difficult purchase,with several parts to it. He throughout the whole time was polite,informative and patient in pushing it forward.The way he kept on moving it forward was excellent. I don't think it would have gone this way
without his help. We will use this company to sell in the future based on his actions

Very pleased with our sale of land, that although took a long time to complete, (not Fox Grants fault), it did sell for a good price on the 1st day of being on the market. We can't fault all the help and support we received in the interim period.

In 2015 Fox Grant were successful in securing the sale of our equestrian business, land and house to a single buyer at the price we required.
