Excellent guidance in what was difficult purchase. We bought through Fox Grant and dealt with Charlotte. Our purchase was not straightforward and there were a number of issues with the house. We decided to put our property back on the market early summer and Fox Grant did a great job in securing early interest which has converted into a sale. Charlotte was brilliant in terms of engaging with us to sign with Fox Grant, and both Charlotte and William were very professional in ensuring our sale progressed.

Home Sale. Fox Grant ticked every box of our sale from start to finish. Their knowledge of the market, and their guidance was second to none. They never waivered from being professional, patient, kind and effective. This made what can be a somewhat stressful experience relatively plain sailing. Thank you so much Fox Grant, in particular Charlotte.

Charlotte has been absolutely wonderful throughout this process. She and the team provided us with the most excellent service, always fed-back and conducted every aspect of the business with complete professionalism. I cannot recommend Fox Grant highly enough or with more enthusiasm.
We chose them because they have that 'extra something' and they knew what they were talking about regarding rural and equestrian properties, They didn't employ the typical awful, tiresome sales chat, tactics and pressure either and this was refreshing.
While this has been the most difficult time for everyone with Brexit and the Covid 19 lock-downs and despite not selling the property for us on this occasion (unless a recent introduction comes back of course) I can report that Charlotte and the team did everything in their power to get a successful sale throughout the whole process. I wouldn't hesitate to place a property for sale with Fox Grant in the future.

We sold our equestrian property near Newbury through Fox Grant towards the end of 2019. We chose them because Charlotte and William gave us confidence that they understood the kind of property we were selling, which some of the big chains didn't. Despite a tricky housing market, they immediately secured multiple viewings and within 2 weeks we had a very good offer. However selling is never straightforward, and whilst we waited for our buyers to secure their own sale, Charlotte kept the momentum up, dealing with slow solicitors, numerous enquiries about covenants, and finally a planning application in woodland adjacent to our land just as we were about to exchange. She kept us calm and positive throughout and finally the sale went through. Thank you Charlotte and William, now please find us a house to buy too!

I can not recommend Will and Charlotte at Fox grant enough, I was really impressed with their intensity to find a buyer and get the sale over the line.
Great team work

Branch manager Charlotte is one of the most honest and integral people I’ve had the pleasure of working with. She’s professional, knowledgeable and therefore likeable and easy to get along with. Charlotte does not beat around the bush and makes it very clear what needs to happen in order to progress deals. The transaction I was involved in was less than simple, but both Charlotte and William did everything they could to resolve the issues with the title and the deal has now exchanged.

I would not hesitate to recommend Charlotte and Fox Grant in the future.

Could not recommend Charlotte enough, she is a brilliant estate agent, worth her weight in gold! We were the sellers of the the property, her pictures were amazing, accommodated late night viewings, was always on hand to help even on her day off and chased for completion with solicitors all the time. Amazing estate agent!

We were dealing with Charlotte who was absolutely brilliant start to finish, we had issues with the sellers Solicitors, but Charlotte was always at hand to make sure every thing was chased. She also accommodated our late evening viewing prior to putting in an offer. She even had some days off and said that if any thing was urgent that she would be there to answer her phone. Sorry it has taken so long to write this review. Fox grant sold my property last year, after several other agents failed to find a buyer. They were first class in the whole sale, even though my property was in Devon, the distance was not a problem, so if you have a property to sell anywhere in the southwest, then I would fully recommend you give them a call .I have never regretted using them,

Originally we went with a on line agent which did not market our property as equestrian. One of my customers recommended Liz at Fox Grant who gave good honest information and advice. We split the property into 2 parts to sell. One was straightforward but the other was a bit of a long winded nightmare.We had support and guidance throughout and it eventually completed. We cannot recommend Fox Grant highly enough. We were dealing with Phil Howard from Salisbury who was absolutely brilliant. Phil from Fox Grant valued our house at much higher than other local estate agents: Wooley & Wallis and Symonds & Sampson and with Fox Grant we achieved a sale price way above what others were telling us to list it at.
So they were absolutely value for money.
Phil was always positive, informative and calm at moments of stress. William Grant was also a good source of knowledge and help.
