Staff members very professional in the way they handled the purchase of our new Zoe, explaining the various funding options and getting a preliminary acceptance from a finance provider. Valuation of our part exchange Zoe was reasonable from their valuation system, but also a manager did an actual inspection and increased the valuation. We actually decided against the finance option and self funded, changes quickly made and transaction completed. Thanks to staff for their assistance.

Just a little update to my previous review, I discovered a few little problems with my car which I had recently purchased from FOW after a health check at my local garage, nothing too much main thing a leaking shock absorber which I felt should of been dealt with as it was serviced before I picked it up. Approached the aftersales team, they requested a few more details and a quote from my local gagrage as I requested I would like the work to be carried out by them. Quote was duly accepted, work authorised all in a couple of days, payment was swift. Very happy with how I was treated and in the manner the problem was dealt with.
Things don't always go quite as smoothly as you would like, so now knowing FOW have this in place would give me peace of mind in returning again to them.

The team at Trafford made the whole experience, from arrival to eventual decision and collection, seamless and stress free. The exceptional service from the team in person and when communicating over the phone and via email detailing every stage that the purchase was at and the updates in the car throughout the journey, made the overall experience a joy.

Anastasia was a great help to start the process of getting the ball rolling with the car I wanted. There was a couple of things I wanted rectified and Welsh Mike helped finalise the deal and ensured I got what me and Anastasia agreed upon. Zero complaints.

Terrible service and lack of communication.Once she got a sizeable deposit put down. I had to phone in myself for updates.she sales rep kept changing the criteria for my finance application to where it would drag on for over a month. Now won’t return my deposit so will be going to small claims. The complaints email doesn’t work either so can’t even complain, a complete joke. Avoid.

The staff were excellent, helpful and courteous, unfortunately the work that needed doing to the car was very poor, alloy wheel refurbishment, stone chips, paint work, all done poorly. The scratches were simply covered up with polish and not buffed out properly.

Fantastic experience with Carla Harding at FOW Winsford. Carla was excellent, smart, intuitive, and a pleasure to deal with. So much so that my son will be buying a car from Carla in the next few months.

If I could give Carla 5*'s I would, but sadly the detailing department let her down. We took a final look at lovely car I'd settled on, opened the bonnet only to discover that there were literally handfuls of wet and dead leaves covering the vents. All things considered, it was rather strange as the battery report I'd requested had been reported as 100% so I'm not sure how they failed to detail under the bonnet, mmm.
All said, I'd definitely use them again.
