The product was lovely and appreciated. Courier could have been a lot better

The product was lovely and appreciated by its recipient. Unfortunately it was delivered to the wrong address where a chap called Steve took delivery. Thankfully it was only a 15 minute drive from Horatio’s home so the picture of the delivery and its location was helpful in collecting the package.

Delivery not rearraged as requested

The delivery had to be rearranged but unfortunately was delivered as originally stated, even though the delivery history showed the delivery had been rearranged. At the point of delivery, the recipient was not living at that address, which made the time a little stressful. Fortunately, the current homeowner was kind enough to take the delivery and hold it until the rearranged day when the recipient moved into the property. The delivery was also stated as being accepted by Gareth who had not yet moved into the property, which was clearly incorrect.
