this website purports to be run from the UK it is not, they have a serviced office virtual office address in Londons Harley street. They are not registered in the UK and they will not tell you who the principles of the business are or confirm which business entity you are dealing with or where it is registered. Every time negative feedback is left by someone on this and other review sites they proptly respond to repudiate the bad review, claim it is an exception that they will sort out blah blah. The product I purchased was an 'Instant Trading Solution based in Gambia promising bank account setup within 7-10 days and merchant facilities. They rarely reply to the many emails I sent and eventually claimed after 2 months that 'the Gambain Government have not yet ratified the ability for the banks to open these types of accounts - yet they have been advertising the product on their website for over a year and continue to do so. The compromise offered is to have a credit card merchant facility with funds deposited to their account and transferred to me after one month - given the non existent service since ordering it is clearly not possible to trust them with the money I have paid for the offshore company package let alone my customers payments.

My business partner ordered a Euro instant trading solution from them. His experience was equally as bad as mine. Apparently the Euro instant trading solution they advertise with Euro bank account consists of a UK registered company and 'the european legislation has not been approved for this type of company yet and we warn everyone after ordering about this. They didn't, and whats more the promised package has also been on thier website for over a year and continues to be offered to this day. The legislation on EU companies that they are referring to was ratified in the EU in 2001 although it's application is not unified in all memberstates of the EU. Not surprisingly the 7-10 day bank account never materialised either.

This company is an out and out scam. Every negative review they receive is rapidly followed by 'positive reviews' to balance it out which shows the true value of the review sites so Caveat Emptor. I am now proceeding to my credit card providers website to initiate a chargeback, before I go on to file details on formationshouse.com with HMRC's grey economy unit and City of London Police.

Placed an order with them for an offshore formation with bank and merchant account which promised and 'instant trading solution', and 'complete setup in 7-10 days. Almost a month later and I have no coherent communication from them or any answer to any of my emails to confirm that they have either incorporated the company or even in what juresdiction. The address in Harley Street is a Virtual Office, they claim to be registered in Seychelles and trading from HK, their emails are answered with non answers or requests for more money for services advertised as included in the order I already paid for. Telephones are answered by call centre staff who know nothing and can do nothing about your order and are unable to answer even basic questions about it.

I just spent two days trying to renew a services that I got an email confirmation over 4 months ago that they were renewed.

I felt like I was begging them to take my money. I spent like 3 hours on the phone, explaining to different people that I wuld like to renew several services for my company. Especially helpful was an indian fellow called "Martin" that I explained 5 times that I would like those and those services renewed, but he just didn't seem to uderstand me. Finally I was transfered to an accounting department where operater informed me that the "the numer you have dailed does not exist". After that I gave up.

If I know of anoter company that offered the same services at the same price as formationshouse to which I could transfer my business I would transfer my business in a blink of an eye.

Really what I experienced in these 2 days was like taken from some comedy movie.:)
