Do not order everything. It’s a scam!!!

Purchased hoodie company was given 10 pictures only 9 was printed on. The one pic was put on numerous of times in which that space should have been available for the 10th photo as well as the 9th photo could have been applied on the hoodie instead of the waistband where you could only see the forehead & eyes. Overall the product could have been excellent if they took the time, care and not do a rush job. On that note I would say use your local screen printers in your surrounding areas. I was told ahead of time from someone who purchased an hoodie from them that it takes about a month to receive your item. Purchased during the week of November 20,2025 received the week of December 7th, 2025.

Got this cute hoodie for Christmas for my mom, it came out okay. The cats face was good but the dogs faces on the shirt looked a bit inaccurate, though I do blame myself for sending in messy pictures of my dogs thinking they were going to touch it up. I emailed them a complaint and asked for an exchange, they said yes of course but asked me to pay for the shipping, I said that it would go over my budget so I couldn’t do that. They then offered a 20% refund to return it, I declined because at some point I realized it was fine to just keep it and I told them that. Then they offered me a refund without the need of returning it, even though I said I would keep it after every offer, they still tried to satisfy me and I appreciated that so much that their number 1 priority was satisfaction and not money, it was a $12 refund when I paid $60 though.

I have read some reviews in here, lots of negative reviews which are shocking. Most of them are complaining about their package being so late to arrive, which also happened to me it took 16 days to arrive, but the product and the idea of this company is so great and all those reviews are not seeing that. Just buy your package early as possible, you shouldn’t be shopping last minute anyways.

How I wish I would read all this reviews BEFORE ordering because I order an express shipping product for my Husbands BD, and haven't even got it yet, and I hope I will get something that looks remotetly like our dog. I hate that this scam stores are allow to run after getting this feedback. Im going now to star my reclamation process.

I ordered some flowers 5 days ago and tracking saying it's moving around but still not in UK and reading others I hope the flowers come still

Awful product. Its embarrassingly shocking. Waiting for them to get back to me about a refund.

They say it's 3-5 days delivery so I ordered as a surprise for my Miss. And guess what they didn't arrive, I've put a claim in for it and they say I can't do it because it's not over 10 days delay. Doesn't matter that surprise has failed.

Do not order from here, it’s a scam. I ordered a painted pic of my dogs on a bottle and it’s arrived and nothing like what they are advertising. It’s disappointing and I’m waiting on hearing from them for a refund

I so wish I'd reviewed this company before ordering, I've received no tracking information I've tried emailing them (3 times) and getting no response I'm now worried after reading all the negative reviews that I won't see my purchase and probably won't even get a refund seem as I can't even get ahold of anyone, I'm furious cus it was something my dog needed desperately (dog ramp otterman) I don't have spare money so for me to order this was an absolute necessary and now it looks like I've lost every penny....do not order from this company

Not gonna lie I ordered some roses before I read these reviews… and I will say, if it comes fkd up damaged or looks like 💩 and I don’t get a refund there’s gonna be a big problem😤

Avoid at all cost I ordered gift for my girlfriend it was delivered somewhere else I was sent pic of delivery delivered but was not my house they asked for pic so.i sent pic of my door with number and has my roadname on it aswell I was offered to pay for delivery again to get item sent they wont refund absolute joke keep going round in circles even have ring door bell and sent them them the pic of my house woth road name and door number all.that are screws to my wall delivery company very

Absolutely diabolical service do not use, AVOID at all cost.
I ourchased a saucy tshirt for my partner for his birthday going off of the pictures on their website. What I opened today the day of said birthday is a joke. The craftmanship displayed on their website is not there's. The pictures show detail and effort what I got back you cannot even tell what is going on in the picture.
I contacted their customer service and after spending just under £28 they offered me back 10% so £2.79 to be exact. Now I have to go and find a new present as this one is going in the bin.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY LIKE I DID

This company intentionally advertised a product of great quality and delivered a very poor quality product. It was very deceitful. They refused to give me a refund when I asked for one on the grounds of fraud. Do not buy from them! The embroidered item I ordered turned out like something a child made on their sewing machine, it was super bad. Do not be deceived by their fake positive reviews. They are conartists.

I paid for a gift for my mother for Mothers Day and we never got the gift for her and they refuse to give a refund. Saying the gift already was shipped. Will never use them again.

If it’s possible I’d like to give them a 0/5 stars. I paid $15 extra to get the item in before Mother’s Day. Granted I ordered a week before Mother’s Day I figured it might take some time to get here. I did not expect it to take 19 days from when I placed the order to arrival. The package was busted and the item for my mother was broken and shattered. What I thought was going to be a beautiful Mother’s Day gift turned disaster. Would NOT order anything from them again.

My boyfriend ordered a gift for his mother and paid extra for express shipping only for it to be 19 days late as well as damaged and broken! Like what the actual heck?! As a business owner myself this is unacceptable and highly unprofessional! Customer service is beyond a joke I will be filing a complaint with the BBB!

Placed an order over 3 weeks ago still haven't received my order. Every time I reach out via email I just get an auto response message. Worse company ever . Not on time hard to get ahold of. Will never order again

If I could give less than 1 stars i would. I ordered this gift almost a month ago for Mother’s Day and never received it. I received an email about tracking but can’t access or the website any. RUN RUN RUN . Stay away . I hate I lost my money
