Ordered the Heart Rose Mother’s Day picture. Arrived within a week undamaged.

Well happy. Would recommend

A fraud. Bought a present for mother's day 10 day sin advance and never arrived. Apparently the item was shipped from China. I will request a full refund or take legal action.

10 days still not delivered for mothers day. Poor. Don't use this company.

It was delayed a few days but definitely worth the wait! Got a risque picture of myself for my boyfriend and he loves it!!!

I ordered a picture for my mum for Mother’s Day. I was informed today that it had been delivered to my address. I got home from work only to find that it wasn’t here and hadn’t been delivered at all. I’ve emailed them but not had no reply and I doubt I’ll get any refund either. I’ll never order from this company ever again.

In response to their reply : Wow it’s amazing how you respond quicker to this review than you did to the actual email I originally sent you !! As to suggesting that I look in my mailbox,
A) We don’t have mailboxes as I don’t live in the USA and,
B) Do you not think that I didn’t look on my property at all ???? I checked my shed, all 3 bins, the patio in my back garden. In the UK these are called SAFE places !!!) EVERYWHERE !!!!
You haven’t delivered it as simple as that !!!

I ordered a picture for mothers day, it arrived pretty quickly, however the frame broken so I could not give this as a gift. I contacted them and they offered to send me a new frame which I declined as it would not arrive in time. Due to the state of the item I asked for a refund as I couldn't give this as a gift. I was advised they could not refund me to total amount (£47) but would refund me £12.
I wont be using this company again, terrible customer service.

My 24-year-old daughter is in a wheelchair I sent a picture to them of her and her wheelchair I was trying to do the Lego set which would have been a Lego set you put it together and it's your child they sent me a Lego set of a little girl standing up.. which kind of Hit me hard because she's never stood in her life they put big ponytails on her and that's not what she had in her picture her hair is straight. Very disappointed will not refund my money only wants to give me 20% of almost $60 I paid for it

I ordered a vintage hoodie and when it just came it was not vintage how they advertised,, it’s a regular hoodie with the pics ironed on look like DO NOT SHOP

It took forever to get to me, but it was a gift for my family mostly my mother of her parents who passed over 30 years ago and her only sibling who passed 20 years ago she loved it

Took a while to come in but they did email me stating they reached out to who they needed for shipment to make sure everything was okay other than that the pic turned out great and my bf loves his hoodie

Do not order from this site. Horrible design, coming from china. Not worth the money. I received my product and vocalized my dissatisfaction and requested for refund. They only offer 10% refund back.
Vintage Stitch is better than them.

Ordered 2 t shirts and they came as expected. Would order again!

Embroidery did not look like the image I sent. After they committed to remake the sweater, they quickly back tracked and offered a $10 refund for a sweater that cost me $77.

Product was just as expected. The attention to detail was amazing and surprised my husband. Reached out regarding shipping and they responded quickly. Received the item 2/15, day after Valentine’s Day, but very satisfied with the hoodie and names on sleeve.

You will not get what you ordered. The picture will not be detailed like the ads. It's a gimmick.

I am writing to express my profound disappointment regarding order placed on January 25, 2025, for a custom-embroidered hoodie. The order, totaling $65.00, was intended as a Valentine’s Day gift. Despite paying extra for specific embroidery – a centered photo on the back and additional text/image on the sleeve – the product received on February 15, 2025, fell significantly short of expectations.
The embroidered photo was misaligned, positioned far to the left rather than centered on the back of the hoodie. Furthermore, only my name and a heart were embroidered on the sleeve; my girlfriend's name was entirely omitted. This rendered the garment unsuitable for its intended purpose.
Following my complaint, I was offered a mere 10% refund ($6.50), which is wholly inadequate compensation for the significant discrepancies between the ordered and received product. This resolution is unacceptable given the substantial error and the missed delivery deadline. If I could leave zero stars I would. Horrible experience.

My FIRST order (hoody) came with incorrect embroidery. They refunded it, no problem. Then I reordered it expressing “do no mess up embroidery this time”.
3 weeks go by with no delivery. When I checked the tracking number it says “Order being returned”. WHAT?! You are wasting my time! Get your crap together!

Hoodie quality is amazing. Hubby absolutely loved it. Shipping too a while but over all amazing.
