I started with 1 Titanium top and a stainless-steel spinning base over a year ago. After many, many hours of spinning practice, a still-growing appreciation for/of the quality/diversity of the ForeverSpin products (and several informative and congenial email conversations with co-founder Viktor G.), I would whole-heartedly recommend these spinning tops, docks and bases to anyone who would welcome a fulfilling hobby/diversion into their everyday life.

I have gifted tops, bases, and docks to several friends and all of them seem to truly enjoy their new "diversions".

All said, one of the best finds of my last 10 years!

I now have 15 tops (1 on order), 3 docks and 2 spinning bases. I'm all in!

4/18/25 Update: My latest order is still unfulfilled and the response from customer service (Viktor included) has been non-existent. I am seriously considering terminating our commercial arrangement.

So it's been now about two and a half years since I bought my first ForeverSpin top, which was the nickel one. From the moment I unboxed it and spend some hours practicing, I was mesmerized with these cool little instruments. There is a feeling of focus and peace that you get when you are first successful with a perfect spin and watch the top spinning in harmony, and yet motionless, for an amazingly long time.

There are now five of them on my desk, and a day does not go by that I do not spin one several times a day. They are quite different in personality. I am partial to the heavier metals, but I did end up with a light blue titanium special edition which has a light touch and while it may not spin for as long as its heavier cousins, has a light elegance about it.

Anyway, I cannot think of a better thing to have on your desk, if you happen to work at one all day long, as I do.

Edit/Reiterate as requested: I received poor customer service or a lack thereof: no one answered the phone, no one was available to chat, and no one responded to my emailed question for three weeks. The answer was rude, so I took my business elsewhere.

I am Christmas shopping for my two adult children and considered a Mini Metal Museum for each of their office desks. But before making this expensive online purchase, I wanted to ensure adequate communication. I tried the phone number, online chat, and email to no avail. Three weeks passed and no one got back to me so in my final days of Christmas shopping, I checked Trust Pilot reviews to learn about delayed shipping and a lack of customer service. I contacted them again today to inquire about the bad reviews, which jogged them to (finally) reply but condescendingly, lol, so I will take my business elsewhere thank you. I am guessing that metals are in hard supply or something. Shhhhhhh

I purchased items with value of almost 500 USD. Almost three weeks have passed from that moment, there is no movement. I asked for update two times in recent few days, there is no answer, no reaction, nothing. I don't know what to do anymore. Be careful with this company, guys. I lost any hope and quite some amount of money...

beautiful tops, ideal to enjoy or give as a gift for someone you love to enjoy. The company provides excellent service, ALWAYS, attentive to responding to the requests of "demanding" customers like me! Viktor an angel, patient and helpful. Impossible to get rid of this vice!

Foreverspin has great customer care and their tops are so well made. I have bought numerous tops, stands, and spinning bases and every item is perfect and so well crafted and made. A great item to display. It is a true work of art.

Perfect customer support, as I had for some reason issues with Apple Pay express check out to set my delivery address to be in US not Czechia. They quickly replied and changed it. It took only 37 hours to get from Canada to Czechia. Yeah I paid for DHL Express but still impressive feat. The product is great, got the bronze one and the base and for sure I will be getting more metals in future. Thanks!

I reached out to ForeverSpin because I was seeking a custom engraved spinning top holder for my husband. The customer service team was responsive and accommodating. The engraving was well done and both the base and spinners proudly sit on my husband's night stand.

The attention to detail of every piece is incredible.
I currently have 3 spinning tops of different weights and it is great to have them side by side and be able to easily feel the difference of spinning and effort for each.
I have the official dock and spinner base as well and the quality is great.

Original title: Inferior products and non-existing customer service.

I ordered two spinning tops (order FSCOM275304 ) and one of them came with an obvious ugly spot you won't even encounter on a 5,- one from China. On their website they write 'Every last top is checked for perfection! Only the finest tops receive the Foreverspin® seal.'. Clearly total nonsense. A blind man would have spotted this imperfection/ damage. So I sent an email with photos to them. No reply. I sent a reminder. No reply. When I had some pre-purchase questions, they were very quick to reply. But when the sale is done......
Thus clearly inferior products and non-existing customer service. Pity I have to give at least 1 star as a rating, that already feels unjust.

Update: after this review I did get contacted and we agreed on a satisfying solution.

Amazing products! You can feel the precision of machining and the quality of the materials in your fingers. These items are a labor of love.
Also, I have to thank Viktor for all the personal efforts made to get me a replacement shipped, at no cost, when my package was lost in transit.

I have been collecting Foreverspin spinners for many years and they are just getting better.
I always love getting the Free special spinners at Thanksgiving and Boxing day.
Shipping is always fast and their customer service amazing!

We received our tops promptly and beautifully presented. They were also kind enough to include a gift card towards future purchases. I had a bit of trouble with the card and reached out to them. The response was very prompt and Viktor handled it in moments. This company obviously values its customers and it shows. We also have enjoyed our tops! They are beautiful and fun!

First of all I am so fascinated about the esthetics of the spin tops. I am actually not spinning so much with the 15 tops I have, but I have them as some art I have standing on my black slate coffee table.
Besides this they are simply collectors items for me. What really facinates me are all the different types of metal they are produced in.
I really like the professionalism Foreverspin is showing - the production of each top is a masterpiece of craftsmanship.
On top of that, the company's service is outstanding. The delivery time is fabulous, and each time I write to them, I get an answer within hours.

Who knew something so small and simple could be so addicting?! Each top is made from high-quality metals, each with their own distinctive characteristics. They each come packaged in a display box with an elemental card describing the makeup of the top. I have a top and base on my desk at work and anyone who comes in can’t help but take it for a spin. Customer service is excellent as well. There aren’t many companies out there where you have direct access and speedy responses from the CEO. Viktor has personally responded each and every time I have had a question about an order or a product. I have not purchased any of the high end tops yet but there is something for everyone and in every price range. All together a great company and a great product.

Did not get a chance to try it out because it was a gift but it did look to be very well made. I'll order one for myself.

An above par company for customer service and appreciation. They are a niche market but never lose the ‘oh so important’ focus on a positive customer experience. Anytime I have had an issue, which is rare, they address it almost immediately.

First off, to Have Ruben email me with personal greeting and responses is always a plus. The tops are of the Highest Quality, the bases are of the same quality, but the lifetime of enjoyment for me, my kids and so-on is going to be priceless. At some point I will own every single top and base that FOREVERSPIN creates!!!!
