Im a repeat customer
This is the second time ive purchased a phone in 2 years from thus company.
Id like to share how happy I am with both experiences.
2nd purchase, phone arrived next day, it on Three network, and it was the BEST deal around, Even Three themselves couldn't beat this deal.
This deal was for a brand new iPhone 13, every other place I tried was for a reconditioned phone for that money.

An excellent customer experience
It would have been five stars but I had to contact Sales by telephone as the website did not allow a simple contract renewal to be carried out on-line. The Sales-agent (Liam) was friendly and helpful and understood what was required. He explained things clearly and he arranged the renewal very rapidly. An excellent customer experience!

Unacceptable failed delivery
10 minutes before my phone was supposed to be delivered, I got a message saying that at the delivery time (10 minutes into the future) no one answered the door. I was home the whole time. Then I was told it was going to be redelivered 5 days later. My precious contract got cancelled due to the smart switch feature allowing to change phone. This left me without a phone for the best part of a week through no fault of my own
