I lived in a Folio property for nearly two years and had a genuinely great experience. The team was always responsive, and any repairs were handled quickly and professionally. When my washing machine broke, they replaced it within a few days—no fuss, no chasing.

Their online portal made everything simple: clear bills, easy payment tracking, and even adding or removing parking was straightforward (with only a short wait each time).

A special shout-out to Agata, who was consistently friendly, helpful, and an absolute pleasure to deal with. She really went above and beyond throughout my tenancy. Folio is lucky to have her—give her a raise! 😊

Left a property at 12 of October and still fighting to get back deposit and rent overpay . So many emails and calls was ignored. Our estate manager was Monique which is doesn't responding. Disgusting stuff to not communicate with renters. To get money from you they are happy, to give your money back not respond. And overpay? Which i waiting more then 30 days?For any questions feel free 😡

Horrible company! Mould and mildew everywhere! Clogged sewer pipes so poop is floating up from the drainage. They keep promising they "will send someone" and that they are "dealing with the case". But NOTHING is happening! It’s been weeks of excuses and no action. Absolutely no responsibility or communication from management. Avoid this company at all costs!

We are first time renters and the company Folio along with the property agent Charlie has made the experience a smooth one. Charlie took on board our feedback and was very accommodating throughout. The whole process from start to finish was a pleasure!

Our property manager was Agata and she was incredibly helpful at all times. She let us know when she would be away and who to contact in her absence.
During our first couple of weeks in the property we didn't understand the heating system properly and Agata attended personally to show us.
In general folios help and communication were very good and I would be happy to use them again.
Compared to other estate agents or private landlords, renting with Folio felt like we were in a safe pair of hands.
