Free shipping issue resolved
I found all stuff in the store really easily, I knew which sizes were available, how to determine my size.
I was trying to get my order to be over 100 euros so I can get free shipping, but shipping was still included so I opened up the terms and conditions and there was a list of all EU countries that have possibility to get free shipping and Croatia wasn't there, so I was sad but understood the problem.
I had no other problems and everything else went smoothly.

I love fnatic
I've been following Fnatic since 2014, became a real fan in 2016, and started to offer myself some products like their split and world jackets and jerseys every year, mouse, t-shirt, jogging, etc
All the year , every products of Fnatic has been a success, never been deceived once.
My only regret would be to never have been able to go to Berlin, at the lec studio, see my favorite team play, get an autograph of them as well as a picture, but overall, I'm pretty happy with all of what Fnatic has been offering us throughout the years and I still believe its gonna keep impress us in the future ( I'm sorry for my bad english, still learning :) )

Beyond satisfied
I have ordered a jersey, a mouse, and a mousepad from fnatic shop. Overall I am satisfied with the delivery time and the service provided. With covid being at large and most of the world being quarantined, it did take a while for my stuff to be delivered, but the customer service was superb and responsive. As far as the quality of the items I purchased, it’s been two years so far and everything is working as intended at highest level of performance.
