Excellent quality. Im super happy with what i got. Shipping was a bit long but since im a huge Fnatic fan i didnt really care about it.

Quality is top-tier and there are many customization options to choose from.

One of the two items i ordered was exactly what i expected, the other one was not really the quality i expected but in the long run it has been pretty good ! shipping was pretty late, but It might has also been my country's fault. In general i was left satisfied with what i got and i would buy again!

Even more, I loved the products I bought, good quality, not always mentioned if it sized well or thin, but now I know on which product it could be.

When i was home because of corona i wanted to buy something new and this black and orange precious was the first thing that came in my mind so i bought dash, clutch 2 and 2020 jersey, it arrived earlier then i expected so thats really nice, later i won fnatic react and these are my first solid gaming mouse and headset and satisfied is weak word for how i feel with these bad boys and now i dont want any other peripherals then fnatic so last thing which is streak will be 100% on my christmas gift list

I usually love all their goods and the support team has always been kind and helpfull, I would give 4.5 stars but not 5, because this year I bought a hoodie which I'm not totally happy, but will keep because of the print I love. At first I thought he was just not as soft as the once I already own by fnc but then the corners of the pocket (on one side) just ripped open after one wear without even using the pocket as storage. really strange. anyway I hat to get it fixed to even be able to wear it again. unlucky, I hope the next one will be just fine again.

Ive had to contact support a few times for small things (me breaking my keycap, or the rubber feet coming off my keyboard) and they've been so helpful and replaced these for me for free. Honestly one of the best support Ive had contact with.

Great experience with customer service, but i feel that prices increased for less design quality…

It was the current Tshirt, it took half a year from the order to the arrival of the package, yes I think the same as you do now. But since then the FNC shop has always improved! First of all, I was rewarded more than adequately for the long waiting time, and the support always contacted me immediately by email. But good customer service is not enough on its own. I was assured that she would change manufacturers in 2020. So I also ordered the 2020 Season and the 2021 Worlds Triko and I have to say the quality has increased enormously. The shipment went very quickly, within 10 days from England to Germany, but above all the quality of the tshirts has improved. The Worlds Triko 2019 was still of a very poor quality, the seams were poorly processed, the pressure was not optimal and it did not fit well. In stark contrast, however, the new tshirt, the quality is super good, the seams are well made and the tshirt fits perfectly.
So in the end I have to say that my initial disappointment has disappeared due to the enormous increase in the quality of Fnatic's products.

Customer service is very friendly and helpful. Could not have had a better experience. Products arived promptly, and were of good quality.
