Excellent choice of flowers
Excellent choice of flowers and I like the fact that there are some british grown flowers to choose too.
Good choice of delivery options although no free delivery is available now.
Although there was an initial issue with delivery/damage on this occasion, this was quickly rectified by the customer care team who were excellent and sent a replacement bouquet the very next day so in the end my Mum was highly delighted with her 85th birthday flowers.
I have used Flying Flowers many times before and I am usually very happy with the quality of the flowers hence only knocking off 1 star for this particular occasion and I will continue to use them in the future.

Flying Floers bad experience
Paid extra for deluxe version of bunch of the month got 5 flowers and no greenery. 2 sprigs of Lillie’s which were ok and 3 sun flowers that couldn’t stand up on arrival and just kept dropping over next few days. Hate to think what Zid have got with a standard bunch. Complained got a new bunch but roses didn’t last 2 days despite your 10 day guarantee. Couldn’t be bothered to complain again and just won’t use flying flowers again and I’ve been a regular customer over the last few years but extremely dissatisfied with the quality and value for money of this order which has caused me embarrassment with my aunt on her birthday.

Flowers all Dead
Ordered flowers for both my mother and mother-in-law for Mother's day as we were away on holiday. Both bouquets were all dried up and dead, both had to go in the bin, very dissapointed considering the cost.
