Beautiful fresh flowers delivered on time.
Lived up to expectations, sent the flower bouquet to my sister who was delighted with them. Have been in a flower club 50yrs so I know quality flowers when I see them. My sister sent me a photo of them and they looked so beautiful and fresh and she loved the white bouquet as that is her favourite. Thank you.

The flowers were delivered to the wrong address so they sat on someone's door step for about 3hrs in the sun when they we found the flowers were in abit of a mess I got intouch with delivery service and all they said was sorry but that didn't help the flowers

Excellent choice of flowers
Excellent choice of flowers and I like the fact that there are some british grown flowers to choose too.
Good choice of delivery options although no free delivery is available now.
Although there was an initial issue with delivery/damage on this occasion, this was quickly rectified by the customer care team who were excellent and sent a replacement bouquet the very next day so in the end my Mum was highly delighted with her 85th birthday flowers.
I have used Flying Flowers many times before and I am usually very happy with the quality of the flowers hence only knocking off 1 star for this particular occasion and I will continue to use them in the future.
