I pay 400€ if no more for electricity for my appartament and I live alone I work all the day in the restaurant sow I’m never at home everything start when they instal the contator and if I want to close the contract I have to pay 900€ watch out from this scammers guys do luminos or engie

Fluvius staff is the best

On October 4, 2025, my home power went out. I called your company, and the male operator took my issue very seriously. Even knowing I didn't speak Dutch well, he immediately offered to speak in English. His professionalism and friendliness are truly commendable. Two hours later, two electricians arrived. They were also incredibly dedicated, working diligently despite the strong wind and rain. They completely resolved my issue. Your staff is the best!

Fluvius' fraudulent billings.

This company Fluvius is not a helpful organisation. Who regulates them?
Why do the government allows these companies to treat consumers in such an awful and fraudulent manner.

This company should be investigated.

Digital counter installed

Digital counter installed, but after 2 weeks not yet active due to another company needing to fix something. After 10x contacting Fluvius, no additional actions from there side. Hope reimbursement will be made in a fair way, as this monopoly driven company is full of lies (excuses to make pipo switch to digital counter, but then 2 years after still not making an effort from their side)

This company steals private property

DO NOT USE! This company is full of thieves. They had access to the underground parking lot of our apartment building and either stole a key or had one made to gain entrance into the parking lot outside of their working hours. They then broke into a bike locker and stole our Vespa. They saw this while working in the apartment block and came back after hours to steal this. They have been no help in investigating the issue and are not to be trusted. Full of liars and thieves!

Fluvius looking for slaves

Fluvius sent letters to tell that Total Energie kicked us out (1 lost invoice of 76 euro (settlement after 1 year) which got unpaid for 2 months, they could have solved in a different but ok). They are here to help us they say. Oh how nice, they want to help us, with letting us pay 240 Euro per year more,at least. 6 days after the first letters they sent 2 new reminders....they are so desperate to make peole depending on the state..that they cannot wait to put you on a prepaid account. What a shady business. I will find another crooky energy company...they are all the same.

Abhorrent

No option to contact other than through phone and ridiculous waiting times or physical visit at their centers. Worst possible service. Total waste of public funds. I recommend just using candle light in stead of relying on these sloths.

If would be possible 0 stars,that's what they deserve! They read the compteurs,and give WHAT INDEX THEY WANT!!!!!!!! Because I don't have access to see the index !WORST COMPANY ON EARTH! THEY AND LUMINUS!!!! I WORK MORE THAN 16H/DAY,6/7,and they send me bills with 5000 EUROS for one year,Excepting the fact I PAY MONTHLY 300 !!!!!! And I make economy,I don't use the heater ,only when is Too cold! I will make a letter to the government also,and go with a lawyer also ,it is not possible that they steal our money like this .

Totally unreliable Fluvius

This is the 3rd time that Fluvius made an appointment to come and place a digital meter and they dont show up and dont inform that they are not coming! Customer service totally sucks since they cant give any answers. This is really unbelievable since they have a monopoly for distribution and they are the worst ever for consumers

They stop answering and lie to me

They stop answering and lie to me when I call them.

I had problems with my meters. They were showing high use of electricity, ( 14kWh in 2 hours). I don't have any appliances that could possibly use that much energy. I call them, I write to them. The energy usage is still not correct. They were supposed to send a technician in 14 days. After 31 days they still did nothing about it.

Worst company ever

Worst company ever. Tries to implement new rules that will cost users above 1000 euro a year, whereas there is no legal ground in doing so and even multiple of their kind employees say this implementation is not required. Yet, this company keeps threatening with cutting off power. Too bad they hold a monopoly on the market in this region, since their way of doing business is despicable.

no reaction on complaints

After 1 year of complaints, still no response on a mains voltage of 255V to 260V. Solarconverter is going into standby at these voltages what is decereasing the return of the investment. each time contact with fluvius but no response from the different departments

Such a bad experience with this…

Such a bad experience with this ass....es!
They have you wait for hours before showing up.
Then tell you you will be without electricity for 3 hours (no warning).
Then keep going in-and-out of your house making dirty as hell .
Finally if I did not fight with them they wouldn't even have cleaned-up their mess.
Lost 1/2 day of work and gained nothing.

I don't f...! work for Fluvius, I am paying for their inefficiencies. They got us by the balls and they know it .
