For someone who is easily distracted

For someone who is easily distracted, has very limited self control, but also has very ambitious goals, and thus always feels anxious, this is like the best thing invented ever! I find myself more productive, and i was also able to track how much hours I spend on my goal. Love it!

Really good but payment issue

I have been using Flow Club for many months and I think is the best body double site among the others I tried! I rate it with 3 stars as I have issues in the payment step every months, which I could not resolve either on the part of flow club or on the part of my bank. So I strongly suggest to propose more payment alternatives, like PayPal, as there are only Credit Card and other 2 alternatives available only in USA or UK...

Got me through my masters

Flow Club truly got me through my Master’s degree and those dreaded essay deadlines.
As someone who’s always struggled with anxiety around studying, largely due to undiagnosed dyslexia and difficult experiences in school and my first degree.I used to find assignments overwhelming. It wasn’t until my early 20s that I began to understand my learning style and started developing strategies to improve my writing and study habits.

When I decided to give higher education another try and enrolled in a Master's program, I was disappointed to find that my university offered little support for dyslexic students. That’s when a friend mentioned body doubling, and I discovered Flow Club.

Flow Club completely transformed the way I approached studying. The structure, the accountability, and especially the sense of community made such a difference. It helped me stay focused, celebrate small wins, and feel encouraged by others on similar journeys. For the first time, I was able to complete assignments on time and without the panic or burnout.

I can’t thank Flow Club enough for helping me rebuild confidence in my academic abilities. It turned studying from something I feared into something I could manage and even enjoy.

I needed this

I am really enjoying flow club, and am surprised to see that some have had negative experiences. I joined with 50% non-profit discount which I got without a hitch. I've attended several sessions since joining, and found the hosts / attendees welcoming and supportive. On the odd occasion I've had tech issues, I've emailed their customer service and had helpful, friendly responses within 48hrs. I'd recommend this to anyone who works remote, and wants a balance between working solo, and being immersed in an office space. It's a great halfway house that works great for me.

Get on it if you struggle with procrastination and ADHD

No idea what these negative reviews are all about?
Flow Club is a platform for people who want to hold themselves accountable and work better in groups. There is little to no talking, you just turn up, state what you are working on and get on with your task. And for some reason it works. I have only recently become a host and have not taken advantage of the offer but my understanding is that you are getting the discount in lieu. So if you only just started this month you pay your normal subscription fee. You do 10 sessions and you get the discount on the next billing cycle. If they didn't warrant it they would probably have more complaints. And I have no idea what this has to do with skin colour either. I prefer this platform to Focusmate because this one is group based. It works better for me that way rather than just having one person

Dismal customer service, buggy billing

I liked the service and subscribed to it. Their customer service is abysmal. they give 50% off if one hosted 10 or more sessions before the month end. Their site also reminds us about it. I have hosted 13 sessions and still i did not get the discount. So, i wrote an email to help, no response for 4 months. Then, i wrote an email to members email, still no response the last 2 days. pathetic care for the customers.

It's great if you are in the tech field…

It's great if you are in the tech field and a tech bro/girl.

For everyone else, these guys are highly toxic- especially towards creatives.

They bring their corporate segregation mentality to online. Just because they are online doesn't mean the "corporate " programming has left their brains.

They still live in the old world and thus highly toxic if you are a person of color. It's mostly a social club for asians and white people to hang out.

They look down on people of other races - just like their scummy disgusting tech companies have programmed them to be.

Stay away if you are Not in the tech field. Highly toxic.

They need some retraining and need to hire more people of color or learn how to talk to them better.
