Flowers arrived promptly but the roses were wilted. After one day we had to remove them. The other flowers only held up for 2 days. Very disappointed this time.

No "zum Geburtstag" on any rose
I ordered the flowers for my daughters birthday. 1 rose was supposed to have written "zum Geburtstag" on the centre rose. I was very upset when my daughter told me that she was UNABLE to find it on Any rose.
I have ordered flowers many times and was very happy but this time it was a BIG DISAPPOINTMENT :(

In general ill give a rating of 5 however my last order received from flora prima was not as expected. There was no comparison between the picture on the website and the product received. The flowers looked old and the colours were different.
