Worst customer service .
i ordered s 26 ultra on 13th may in exchange for s25fe.
the very next day delivery person came and installed flipkart reset pulse app. it doesnt get installed properly. it always shows error saying no information regarding device. but still shows all the information. the app doesnt work properly. contacted flipkart grievence team. they said we will take up ur issue and resolve ur issue within 24hrs. still after 5 days no one called me or resolved my issue. finally i cancelled my order and had peace of mind. they just want us to buy the mobile with full amount. thats the trick with their app. be care full go for amazon its genuine.

Flipkart sells fake products..I purchased asics shoes which turned out to be fake..now they are not returning the product.dont buy from Flipkart

Had a Black Membership for 12 months and this has been moved.
Not only that they have no concept of customer support.

I ordered an air conditioner unit I got the different varient of out door and indoor unit now the installation is not happening as the both units are not same. I am defence personnel so when I got holiday then I called for installation now they are saying these units are different and you can't return the product as the return policy is expired. So what's next I don't know?

Flipkart is the worst,untrusted online plate form,their agents do not make delivery instead they falsely claim that delivery attempt has been made and failed, and then they themself cancel the order,I made a mistake to order on flipkart.Please do not order on flipkart

Pretty bad experience with Flipkart since the last 2 months. They are deducting platform + cash on delivery fee on every order if you cancel or return the order. Also, there is no resolution given by their executives. You cant contact directly customer care.

I would like to give lower than 1 star, if I could...
Worse experience.
They write delivery date earlier to catch your attention but later they send your product as per their convenience.
You can't cancel the order. you can't complain, you have to accept the product as they deliver on their decided date. Later you can return it but it will be already late.
So you have no options itherthan acceptance. They are the cheaters.

I ordered an earbuds, they have delivered two days before but unfortunately on that day I was not at home so I reshudleed it to next day but on next day my order has not come it showing that it will come they after tomorrow and after two days it's out for delivery but not come at home and once again showing the order will come next day.
This is my last shopping on Flipkart 😡😡

THE WORST!!!
I ordered an Iphone and they kpt delaying the delivery without any reason. i had to follow up with their customer support on a daily basis which was as useless as their tracking. They have successfully made me feel regretful, helpless and angry. They gave no resolution whatsoever, only read the same script over call and the system is so bad that on 17th may, my expected delayed delivery date was showing as 16th May.

Flipkart ek fraud company h, after payment they dont send product.

Ya wrong product send kr dete or change nhi krte,

Ya product ki jagah paper rakh dete h,
Ye choor company h, Iska malik haram khane bala h.

Very disappointing experience with Flipkart and seller IWQNBecommerce. My AC order got cancelled again after repeated assurances from customer support that the order was approved and on track.
Due to this cancellation:
AC price increased by around ₹5,000
Lost ₹6,800 exchange benefit
Wasted several days waiting for shipment updates
Support team only kept saying “please wait 48 hours” without any proper resolution. For high-value products like ACs, such repeated cancellations and poor seller management seriously affect customer trust.
Request Flipkart to improve seller accountability and stop misleading customers with confirmed orders that later get cancelled.

Very pathetic E-Commerce delivery service.

I had an worst experience using Flipkart, its my first order I order a small study table. And flipkart has dilivery take 1 month to diliver and still today it had been not arrived. If shuch survice is provided continuously I not gona use it again.👎

Poor service and poor customer supoort and there 3rd party vendors are poor too, worst flipkart. Never trust them. They deliver the TV but haven't schedue the installation yet and keep on rescheduling every day with no reason.

It's very frequent flipkart cancel order at their end and their delivery period is very long. You can't trust on them.

Very disappointed with Flipkart. My order was supposed to be delivered on 13th May, then suddenly it got delayed to 15th May. Today when I called customer support, they promised me multiple times that the order would definitely arrive before 11 PM on 15th May, but still nothing was delivered.

The worst part is I was even ready to go personally to the logistics center and pick up my own product, but nobody could help or give proper support. Completely unprofessional service and false promises from the support team.

After this experience, I honestly don’t think I’ll recommend anyone to order from Flipkart again. Very frustrating experience.

Don't shop on flipkart... their primary aim is selling product (don't matter defective or wrong item) and earn money. Customer care is giving scripted reply and register complaints. Concerned department just close the complaints raised by customer care by just posting remark issue resolved ( they even take opportunity to speak about issue with customers.) Without any conversation they closes the complaints. Very disappointed with flipkart.

When you buy electronics from Flipkart, they give installation work to "Jeeves" & then you got 'Free Tension' with it.

I ordered ac from Flipkart and abhi tak installation nahi hai. No customer support, no installation details, no answer of your complaint.
One and only answer is "Sir, please wait kar lijie hamari team puri koshish kar rahi hai."
Are bhai kitna wait kare 1 AC installation me, 'Summer End' tak ka wait kare kya!!!
Aur team kya koshish kar rahi hai? Mount Everest pe chadkar Technician dhundhne jaa rahe ho kya!?!
or bol rahe hai ki outsider technician se install karvaya to hum warranty nahi denge. pure dectatorship.

Very disappointing experience. I recently ordered a watch from this store and the delivery dates have passed already. When i contacted the customer service they couldn't even track the item. Not recommending at all.

There are many alternate channels for e commerce transactions .Flipkart is the worst smong them.
