wrong product then bad customer support.

Ordered a Godrej Wi-Fi AC from Flipkart on 2 May 2026. The invoice clearly mentions a Wi-Fi model, but during installation I discovered the AC did not have Wi-Fi functionality. I reported the issue on 14 May and was repeatedly assured that it would be resolved. Multiple return/replacement requests were raised and later rejected. One rejection even stated that I had requested cancellation, which I did not. After weeks of following support instructions, I still have no resolution. I have invoices, support chats, SMS records and complaint records documenting the issue. Based on this experience, I no longer feel comfortable purchasing expensive appliances from Flipkart.

Very disappointing experience with…

Very disappointing experience with Flipkart. I placed an order (Order ID: OD437692524837742100), but it has still not been delivered. Every time I contact customer support, I receive the same response: "It will be delivered today" or "tomorrow." However, the promised delivery date keeps getting pushed back with no clear update or resolution.

The lack of transparency and inaccurate information from customer service has been extremely frustrating. If there is a delay, customers deserve honest communication rather than repeated assurances that are not fulfilled.

I expected much better service from a company of this size. Hopefully, Flipkart improves its delivery management and customer support processes.

Extremely disappointed with my recent…

Extremely disappointed with my recent replacement experience with #Flipkart.
I ordered a new mobile phone under the exchange program and the delivery executive informed me that my old device would pass the security/compliance check only if I paid an additional ₹500 in cash as bribe. Since I refused,he failed all security check and again was asking for rs 800 to deliever our product. we totally refused, we told him just fail it and #Flipkart will deduct money and show deducted rate but the delievery executive cancelled my order.

I then placed another order and honestly disclosed every issue and defect in my old device during the exchange process. Despite this, the delivery has again been delayed and the executive told he is coming in 10 min and now he switced off his mobile number and not responding or attempting delivery.

I had reached to customer support also but very shit experience i have with them. its look like some chat bot talking and its asking for reordering again.

How many times should i place the same order ? Does we should keep ordering in loop and they delievery exceutive will beahve like this?No action taken for them.

i used to have great experience with flikart when i used to stay in guargon. But what about Ranchi ? Do they have any uncorrupted delievery agent who can delievered our product without Bribe?? I can not eargerly place order everytime and go with same experience again and again ? or Should i go now on #Amazon ?

As a customer, I expect a fair and transparent exchange process. If a device does not meet the criteria, it should be rejected based on policy—not on unofficial cash demands.

I request Flipkart to investigate this matter, review the conduct of the delivery personnel involved, and ensure that customers are treated fairly.

Dilvery issue

When I paid the product amount then dilvery agent make a call and used to say please receive the product from his specified location meanwhile during placed the order location and address is mentioned. Unless cancel the order .So I am totally disappointed for this behavior

Very bad experience with flip cart they are bother about the delivery after paying money
And if we call for delivery agent he is saying I don't have product... And agent was very rude if we call for customer care they are saying same reason again and again pls don't buy anything from Flipkart

Fake products delivered by Flipkart

This is my second experience with Flipkart where a duplicate product was delivered. I strongly believe that they do not verify their vendors. When I contacted the Customer Service team & asked them to escalate the matter. All they say is the issue has been documented & the back-end team will look into it. When asked for a compliant number they do not have one. Very bad experience. They should rename the company as Fakekart it suits their business well.

Scammed by Flipkart

Scammed by Flipkart. They delivered a BenQ monitor with a different serial number and a damaged screen, then refused to resolve it, passing the blame to the seller. Over 20 days of follow-up and no replacement. Don’t buy electronics from Flipkart use Amazom— spend your money on reputable sellers or brands, and check reviews carefully.

Please don't buy any product from…

Please don't buy any product from Flipkart. They are fraud i had ordered Symphony cooler first time they took 10 days and after that without any intimation cancelled the order. Again I ordered Symphony cooler but not received the order on commited date then I had to cancel the order.

Customer service is also very pathetic they don't have correct information. I will recommend please purchase offline it will be better.

Very disappointed with the delivery service. The order was promised to be delivered by 11:00 PM, but it was not delivered on time. After contacting the delivery partner, I was informed that the delivery would be postponed to the next day. Flipkart should honor its committed delivery dates and keep customers informed in advance about delays. This experience was inconvenient and frustrating.

Pathetic

Its a pathetic service. Wanted to order a new phone. Ordered it twice and it cancelled automatically both times. When I asked for the reason apparently it was some unexpected issue. They are also adding a mandatory 220 bucks for secure packaging. Isn't it their job to package securely? Why am I paying for that? Customer service makes you talk to a stupid, undertrained bot which has no idea how to tackle customer queries. Would never recommend the services of flipkart to anyone. EVER.

Very disappointing experience with Shadowfax as the courier partner for my Flipkart order. My package was not delivered even after 7 days had passed beyond the promised delivery date. Every day I received delivery notifications, but the delivery executive neither called properly nor responded to my calls. On one occasion, I was told to collect the package from the hub instead of receiving doorstep delivery, which is completely unacceptable.

Despite raising multiple complaints with Flipkart, the issue remained unresolved. I kept receiving assurances that the matter was being worked on, but no actual action was taken. My money remained blocked while the product was not delivered, causing unnecessary frustration and inconvenience.

Based on my experience, both the courier service and customer support have been extremely unprofessional and unreliable. Customers should be cautious, as delayed deliveries, poor communication, and lack of accountability seem to be common issues. This has been one of the worst online shopping experiences I have faced.

The product was supposed to be delivered on 27th May 2026 but till date not even a single call came feom flipcart about delay. When I called with great difficukyty to know the status they said wait for 2 days. 2 days over and when I wanted to cancel the order they say I can't cancel. When I wanted delivery person phone number they are not providing

FLIPKART IS A SCAM.

FLIPKART IS A SCAM.

I ordered a ₹14,600 TV in March.
It arrived DEFECTIVE.
4 MONTHS LATER: Still no refund.

Timeline of FRAUD:
- April 11: Return cancelled
- April 17: Replacement cancelled
- April 25: Return rejected
- May 7: Pickup cancelled
- May 16: Delivery failed
- May 17: Pickup cancelled
- Today: CANCELLED AGAIN

They use FAKE CODES.
They make FALSE PROMISES.
They DELIBERATELY DEFRAUD customers.

Police have filed FIR.
Criminal investigation ongoing.

AVOID FLIPKART.
SERIOUS FRAUD COMPANY.

A fraud business is going on in…

A fraud business is going on in Flipkart. Selling counterfeit products which are going non-functional even before closing the return window but refusing to return or refund. I ordered a samsung memory card which became non functional within 4 days. I booked for return and refund (return window was active at that time) but stateway refused to return and even downloading of invoice was also blocked.

Very disappointing experience with…

Very disappointing experience with Flipkart.
My order has been delayed continuously and keeps moving between Mumbai and Thane without delivery. Customer care only gives repeated scripted replies with no actual resolution. I was even promised a callback which never happened.

Pathetic customer support and complete lack of concern for customers’ time and inconvenience. Expected much better service from Flipkart. Extremely dissatisfied.
