It was easy. They kept me updated as to their progress. The only negative is that they advised me to get paid out via PayPal because it was easiest but then PayPal took a fee on top of what Flightright was paid.
I initially had my doubts, cause of all the ads.
But really- they made a bad trip turn into a good dinner:)

It took us 3 days to get to Cancun, due to delays in Brussels and Frankfurt.
Different airlines were involved and it was hard to track location of suitcases.

Thank you very much but the luggage issue I had during the flight changing date that occurred on Sunday 12th of Aril 2026 at 11 AM. My booking number is: 7JY3WS, and beside the price of the tickets I paid an additional fee for 2 luggages (23kg) of 100 euro. And after confirming the details of my new booking there is no additional luggage found and since my time is tight I have purchased once more 2 luggages of 23kg. When I contacted the Greece airlines customer service they advised me to contact you directly for refund. So could you kindly check through my claim and refund my money ASAP
