I am content

It took 3 months and a half until i got my money! It was 389€ out of 600€.
So was good! I just completed the details at the beginning and that was it.
Them i've just waited!
So was simple!
I recommend!
I understood that if you try alone to get your money back will take even longer so i am content!

Very good experience with AirClaim

I had a very good experience with AirClaim.

The process was clear and easy to follow from the beginning. After submitting my documents, I received confirmation that my bank details were registered, and the compensation was transferred within the timeframe mentioned in the contract.

Communication was professional and consistent, and I appreciated the transparency throughout the process. Even though it takes some time, everything was handled correctly and as expected.

Overall, I am satisfied with the service and would recommend AirClaim to others who need help with flight compensation claims.

Payment received after delay – communication could be improved

I used AirClaim to process a flight delay compensation claim (Case ACZ119128).

Initially, communication was slow and I did not receive clear information about the compensation amount or timeline. I also did not receive responses to some of my emails, which was frustrating.

However, after the expected processing period, the case was followed up and the payment was eventually processed. I have now received the compensation.

Overall, the case has been resolved, but communication and transparency during the process could be improved.

At the time of my original review, no payment had been received and my emails had not been answered. The review reflected the situation at that time.

Air Claim made the compensation process…

Air Claim made the compensation process very easy. My flight was cancelled and I wasn’t sure how to deal with the airline, so I decided to try their service. They handled everything and kept me informed along the way. After some time, the claim was successful and I received the compensation. Glad I used their service and would recommend it to others who face similar flight problems.
