This website is a part of some network of sites that have the same design/engine but a different name (mytrip, flightnetwork).

They increase ticket price at very last stage trying to trick you to pay actually more. You enter your card details, click 'proceed' with payment but website claims that price already increased from 235 CHF to 335. You go to Google Flights again, open another site from the network and the same happens.

It doesn't look like the real increase due to demand but just a trick to attract users with a low price and convince them to pay more.

I did booking with you and all my selected seats got cancelled

I booked and they cancelled the booking after I submitted my credit card!
I will be checking my credit card balance.
I don't believe this agency is trustworthy.

I tried to cancel an airline ticket within five minutes of booking it (once I realized it was a third-party site), and this company is trying to charge a 10% handling fee to do so. What a scam.

I have bought a return ticket from Vietnam to Cambodia on the flexible option, at a cost of $700. When I called Flight network to change the dates under my flexible ticket clause, I was asked to pay $1280 as "fare difference".When I pointed out that it's cheaper to buy a new ticket, I was told "that's the fee, if you don't want to pay it, I can't help you" and they hung up on me. Scammer...
I called again, a different number that gave me access to a local operator, not the initial call centre, and I ended up doing all the changes I wanted for a grand total of $87.
Beware of this company!!!

I BOOKED THIS FLIGHT 12 HOURS AGO AND AM STILL WAITING ON CONFIRMATION, THE MONEY PAID IS OUT OF MY ACCOUNT, I HAVE TRIED TO CHECK ON THEIR WEBSITE BY CHECKING 'MY BOOKINGS'... IT SAYS THEY WILL SEND A VERIFICATION LINK TO MY EMAIL BUT NOTHING ARRIVES DESPITE ME DOING THAT MULTIPLE TIMES STILL NOTHING ARRIVES, I HAVE NOT BEEN SENT A VERIFICATION EMAIL OF MY FLIGHTS AND CANNOT CHECK ON THEIR ONLIBE SYSTEM BECAUSE IT WONT SEND ME THE VERIFICATION LINK, IT SEND EMAILS TRYING TO SELL ME A RENATL CAR AND A HOTEL ROOM BUT NO FLIGHT CONFIRMATION!

I'm a first time user on Flight Network, I found it unusual that there isn't a booking # for my ticket as such, just an order #.
I've not experienced that before when booking airline tickets?

SCAM SCAM SCAM SCA they got me good accidently booked a flight and the price changed at checkout without realizing they charged my card an extra $600 and wanted $270 to cancel

We booked flights to Europe In June 26 and got caught up with the rescheduled flights. They didnt even notify us of the reschedulied flights from the airline, untill i saw on the website. Apparently you need to pay Flight network a fee just to get flight updates. They wouldnt give us any option other than get a refund and than book a lot more expensive flight so close to travel date. They are just out there to make money off you

Why on earth I didn’t just stick with the booking through the company. I hope I haven’t paid anything for this app !!!
Whoops just checked !! Yes hundreds and hundreds more spent once I accident my clicked on their ad. I’ve not got “ lounge access and priority boarding” at great cost , THAT I ALREADY HAD WITH MY BUSINESS CLASS TICKETS .
Moral, don’t book tickets late at night . I am thoroughly disappointed with this company.

web site easy to navigate . clearly signposted and no hidden tricks . Until however the end , when you are not able to get back into your own booking to confirm all details of flights - this was very disconcerting .

We purchased a ticket and wanted to change the date. We contacted them three days in advance to request the change, but they kept giving us generic responses like “we will get back to you,” “we will email you,” and “we will call you.” However, we never received any calls or follow-up.

As a result, we were unable to change our ticket, which completely disrupted our travel plans.

Booking process is fast and efficient

So far so good despite negative reviews - I was annoyed the search for the airline took me to a sponsored ad and I hadn’t noticed . I didn’t want the extras so the price was good and they followed up immediately to enter flight information - just got to wait and see if the automatic check in works - if it does will use again !

I thought I was on the Qantas website but somehow ended up on yours. I am not sure what is going on.
Hope I am not actually ripped off.

High booking charges

They are awful. They are like vultures of normal airlines, you think you are booking with a reputable airline but you are not. Cancelation after 5 minutes : 45 dollars! Luggage is double what the airlines charge. Stay Away!

Pretty sorry of your organization to be the first appearance on a Google search for Contour Airlines. I will be more careful in the future to never be duped by you again.

This company comes up as a sponsored result, but looks almost identical to Iceland Air. I cancelled within minutes but was charged a $45 cancellation fee.
