Customers express mixed opinions regarding the booking process, with some finding it easy and efficient, while others describe it as complicated and confusing due to unexpected add-ons and a lack of clarity on the actual booking platform. To complicated also you are we booked through trustpilot, but we booked on Quanta’s site. It seems a complete balls up. Suggestion look at Air Ne Zealand sight much more user friendly

More expensive than the original

I used the site by error , being tricked by google algorithm while searching for the S.A.S. site. I paid more via flight network than if I had booked directly with S.A.S. and with less luggage . I only realised soon after the booking and went and searched after booking. Not a good deal

Overpriced click bait

From the way they positioned the search result I thought I was on wizz air website. Flight was £60 more expensive than if I was direct. I should have known better, but they are tricksters and I will not fall for it again. Avoid.

The worst company ever

The worst company ever. Booked a flight with the wrong time. After realizing it and paying for it, I called customer service within 30 minutes to just change the time. No one helped, and even had to pay $75 plus $27 to cancel. You guys are the worst, you stealing money from people is crazy. Couldn't help me and the trip was in July. Then your service reps told me to call the Airline directly?? really.

Flight network is totally incompetent

Flight network is totally incompetent. Very poor customer service, and basically I lost $700 because they stuffed up my booking entirely. I requested a direct flight between two airports, and upon accepting a cheaper option, they automatically issued a ticket that rerouted me through five airports! This meant that I would be flying for three out of the four days of the period of travel with long layovers. Absolutely ridiculous and almost surreal. I could not change it once it had been been made even when I offered to pay a fare difference - their response was so slow I could then not get a refund either, despite trying many times to call them. Do not use this service!! In the end, I disputed the charge, and the credit card company refused a refund on the basis that I accepted the merchant terms and conditions. However, I never accepted the itinerary that had been sent to me, and in the end, my bank was able to refund me 50% of the lost amount purely on compassionate grounds. They seemed to accept that the service and the process was abominable. I could refer this to Australian consumer law, but simply can’t be bothered. I’ve had enough stress and I’ve decided simply to recommend to others to not ever use the service. They are THE WORST.

Stay away

Due to conflict in the Middle East my flights have been cancelled. It is now more than six weeks, numerous phone calls and emails and still no refunds. There customer service communication is terrible and each time I receive a different story. I am considering reporting them to fairtrade and also to my credit card company. Stay away and rather book through a reputable company.

When booking a local flight

When booking a local flight, I don't like to see international bank charges with my payment. If you are buying locally we should be paying locally, regardless of where the payment gateway is.

Total scam

Total scam - basically liked many others I was tricked into thinking it was real airline website through Sponsors Ad. Only spotted once paid. Immediately tried to cancel.... took 4 attempts on the phone over 30 mins...charged £34 per person to cancel and they still can't tell me how much I will actually get back in a refund because that "needs to be confirmed by the airline". Total total Scam merchants. AVOID!!!!

Avoid flight network, buy direct from airlines

Couldn't get support until the business week before my departure. Was afraid it was a scam.. Support kicks you off when you are inactive for seconds. Tried phoning and no answer. I you get through with online support they send you in circles, not helpful at all but defensive. Olga. G. was a very rude and unhelpful support consultant.

it is pretty easy and fast to book the plane ticket, they find you good deals. the only problem I experienced was the payment. They declined my credit card four times , once I switched to apple pay , I have no problem with the same credit card.

It increases price at the final stage (payment)

This website is a part of some network of sites that have the same design/engine but a different name (mytrip, flightnetwork).

They increase ticket price at very last stage trying to trick you to pay actually more. You enter your card details, click 'proceed' with payment but website claims that price already increased from 235 CHF to 335. You go to Google Flights again, open another site from the network and the same happens.

It doesn't look like the real increase due to demand but just a trick to attract users with a low price and convince them to pay more.
