First time booking with flight centre and the service and support from Mary was first class. Nothing was too much trouble for Mary, who sorted out my itinerary on a tight schedule and exactly to my plan. Thankyou!

Fantastic experience this week at Flight Centre Clapham Junction. Jade was super-helpful and proactive. She made what seemed an impossible task for me, aranging a trip to Thailand and Australia, and meeting up with my daughter on the way, a pleasant and rewarding experience. I knew I was in safe and competent hands and I can look forward to my holiday, knowing that, if any issues arise between now and then, I can go back to Jade for help. Totally recommend Flight Centre services.

A really easy to use website made my booking quick, and my contact Ollie was super helpful and attentive to any questions or queries.

During a six month stay in Australia I was diagnosed with a serious illness the treatment of which ment that I would not be fit to travel on my scheduled flight back to England, I contacted Sacha Johnstone , my contact at Richmond Flight Centre, and explained the situation, which was very stressful for me and she told me not to worry at all , I gave her the date of when I would be fit to travel and she rescheduled everything for me without me having to worry about a thing, it really made things so much less stressful for me and I am very grateful for that

Harry in the Chelmsford store was first class in rearranging our flights to Australia after being cancelled because of the war. He was very helpful and arranged our trip just as we wanted. Thanks very much Harry.

I cannot recommend Alex more. He's been integral in sorting out our flights and accommodation for our trip to Japan in September. He was very patient with our constant changes and revisions to the itinerary and his recommendations have been very helpful. Would recommend him and Flight Centre to anyone looking to travel to Japan!

Michelle explored many options for us to find the best deals and accommodation. She even went off the system to meet one of our requests. We never felt rushed and she spent a lot of time with us.

Flight Centre make booking flights so easy; there are lots of online tools available, but it can be so overwhelming with so much information, and figuring out hidden fees, best dates to fly etc. Flight Centre took my requirements and provided me with an excellent option that was cheaper than what I would have got online for a direct flight and better flight times. Alana at the Richmond Centre was a gem - highly recommend.

I've been liaising with Kelly all the way through booking. It took me ages to finalise the details but she was always responsive and helpful, and turned around my itinerary requests really quickly. I'll be using FlightCentre again, highly recommended.

They helped me get the flight I wanted and were totally efficient about it, and the price was good. BA made a mistake by putting 'no checked luggage' on our tickets but we called FCUK and they sorted the problem immediately. We shall definitely use FCUK again.
