Chris at Kingston was very quick to come back with different flight options following my initial contact, and is courteous and friendly in his approach.

Normally we would book these trips on our own, but given we wanted a long-haul holiday with lots of stops and hotels, we trusted Tara to sort. Best decision we could have made! All flights and hotels were spot on and just what we asked for, and mid-way through the holiday, a flight was cancelled because of a typhoon. But Tara had a new flight and hotel booked within the hour, and we caught a different flight the next morning and still hit the beach! Great communications in the lead up and during the holiday and would definitely recommend!!

First of all, the phone call - on a Saturday morning - was answered straight away! Caroline answered, and was absolutely on the ball and understood exactly what I was trying to achieve with my trip. She was able to research what might be possible while on the call, made suggestions and discussed the pros and cons of different scenarios. Suffice to say she came up with a most satisfactory solution and we made the booking. I most certainly recommend Caroline and her team at Flight Centre St Albans and will use them again.

I have asked Caroline for lots of quotes over the last month, have had to swap dates and ask questions due to my son having additional needs.
