Very very poor service
Let me start by saying that the sales consultant Jed was very good. Extremely helpful and very efficient in replying to any queries I had.
Unfortunately that was where the good service stopped. After specifying in our paperwork - and then again on the email that we attached it to, that we would like weekly debits on a Wednesday - The first amount that came out of my employers account was a monthly installment. I rung to get this rectified at which point no one got back to me.
The following week on the Wednesday we were both furious to see that another monthly installment was withdrawn. I then rung the following day (Thursday) to get this rectified. Again, no one got back to me. I then had to ring back on Tuesday to make sure that no money was coming out the following day at which point I was told they had cancelled the direct debit until further notice but they could not guarantee that it would not come out the following day as it might be to late in the day and it may have already been processed. Luckily no money did come out the next day - but considering I had rung on the Thursday, not good enough.
So then the second installment was refunded and I thought we were passed it. I was wrong. My employer received an invoice advising there would be the weekly amount taken out of his account the following week. I then forwarded this onto the admin team asking for an explanation as this was only 3 weeks the monthly installment had came out. This was not responded to and the weekly installment came out despite my request for confirmation. I then had to waste more of time following up - and after specifically requesting that the manager call me back personally to explain (not an unreasonable request given the absolute debacle this had turned into), was not at all surprised that this was also ignored and it was in fact the member of the admin team who called me back.
The information she conveyed to me was no surprise, it was another stuff up and the money should not have come out until the following week AS PER MY EMAIL WHICH WAS NOT RESPONDED TO.
My job in the business I work for is managing relationships with customers, so being on the other end of quite frankly absolutely poor service like this was infuriating. Mistakes happen - doesn't matter what industry you work in. My philosophy is never judge a company on the mistake they make but rather how they go about fixing it. I wasted time I do not have having to follow up every single email I sent, when FLEETCHOICE WAS IN THE WRONG. I would have thought given it was your mistake you would be chasing me to fix, not the other way around.
After this, I would absolutely not be recommending Fleetchoice to anyone that asked. Very very poor.

My Pre-Sale experience with Fleetchoice was very good as long as sales professional jade was delaing. However Aftersale expreience is so far very unsatisfactory as no one have contacted me from Maxxia or fleetchoice to get amy account activated. I still waiting for my fuel card etc.
