One of the best companies I've ever dealt with! Dominic took a large order of custom made window coverings for us during really difficult times with the coronavirus present. He was incredibly friendly on the phone, made and dispatched them really quickly. When they arrived, I realised that one was the wrong size - entirely due to my own fault as I had mis-measured the window. Dom was great about this on the phone, and has sorted it straight away.
I can't praise this company highly enough - thank you so much!

This product is well worthy of 5 stars.one of our cats fell out the window we live on the 4th floor we found flat cats online we have had them up for 2 days now the cats are totally safe and no more panic attacks for me.We ordered 3 for our front room windows but we definatly order more in the future.

Fabulous product for keeping my
Bengal housecat safe, but allowing us to open the windows. Luna is very nervous but loves to sit near the open windows now. Another bonus. It keeps the flies out. I ordered the grey mesh. It is so clear, that apart from the fixings around tbe edge of the frame, from across the room, you cannot actually see ot at all. Customer service also excellent. Highly recommend this company and this product

I cannot rate these screens enough...weve had our house cat for over a year and just managed with opening the velux windows which are already on a lock because of children and now we have purchased one for our sash window and its amazing ..Our cat is sitting taking in the breeze as I write this..super easy to use and the customer service is amazing!! Dont hesitate to buy these!

Our cat came running to the open window to inspect it. Was rather confused she could get out, then proceeded to sunbath!

I made some initial enquires. I was a bit worried about needing extra hook and loop tape later as our windows will need replacing really but was assured I can get more. Also if they got first and I wanted to replace them how was that possible? White spirit apparently. I got a super quick reply.

Then I forgot about it for a couple of months and remembered. Ordered right in the midst of the corona virus pandemic. But the service was still spot on. Dominic replies very swiftly.
They arrived in slightly more than a week after I ordered (made to measure ones) right before Easter bank holiday and in the pandemic, as mentioned. So I can’t fault that!

I had doubts about it before I ordered, but saw a lot of good reviews. Now there are 4 windows covered with this and the cats love that they can sit in front of the windows and have some fresh air! We have it for a week so far, but seems reliable and safe, so we are really happy with this product!
It was also easy to apply, took 10 mins / window.

Amazing product! Wonderful customer service and delivery arrived as advised it would. I only got two to start with but I plan on buying a few more, have advised friends of the product too. I love it and my two cars love them too, I sneezed once and made one of them jump, they used the flatcat window protector to keep themselves on the window ledge, it’s amazing A++++++ xx

I bought a standard pack of Flat Cats a few years ago and I love them.

Recently, I thought I would do a proper job and measures all the windows to kit out the full flat. I placed an order for 6 Flat Cat screens and they are amazing.

I have 2 cats, a boy and girl. The boy is massive and weighs around 6kg and the screens stop him in his attempts to fly after birds....much to his embarrassment when he's left hanging there and meows for me to get him off - haha!

Excellent product, awesome service and a great benefit for all cat lovers, especially ones with indoor cats.

I only wished all companies I deal with were as polite and customer orientated as Dominic and Flat Cats.

We originally found them on-line at our old address. If your engineering minded, the instructions are easy, but that doesn't matter, Dominic is always happy to take your call and either take you through it or sort something out on the phone.

We recently moved to a new property and we were straight on to Dominic. Our 3 new screens arrived in a few days and as always work perfect. Our cat loves them and will sit by the open window looking through the screen. The odd time he has jumped up at the screen (normally because a bird has come to close to the window), the screen remains in place and our cat, Cartman, is usually left hanging on the screen. A quick lift off and the screen is still good.

We recently bought another screen for an odd shaped top opener in our conservatory. I rang Dominic, talked about the sizes, paid via Paypal and the order was shipped out the next day.

I then rang Dominic the following day about a screen for double sliding patio doors. Again, a chat through with him (which he was more than happy to do) and a solution found. Again, I paid via Paypal and the order is on its way.

I can not fault Flat cats or Dominic and a nicer more polite, courteous and helpful person, I have never come across.

I have no problem recommending Flat Cats to anyone who asks.

Excellent service and product. Ordered custom ones after carefully measuring - The instructions were clear and easy to understand. The screens arrived 10 days later and were of excellent quality and fitted perfectly. I would definitely recommend these screens as they look good and prevent my house cat from escaping to the busy road.

Wonderful product, coupled with excellent personal service. Such a rarity. A simple idea executed very well. We just inherited a cat and are in a 2nd floor flat - this was exactly as I had in mind as I did not want any permanent fixings. Dominic could not have been more helpful and I rang him several times so I'm sure I tested his patience! The product is strong and firm and I have worries about Henry falling/escaping anymore and it lets me open doors and windows in case we have one of those British summers!

The custom made top opening window screens are supberb really easy to fit and well made no drilling no mess my cat is now safe and insects won’t get in the screens are very well priced and the fit are perfect thank you Dominic for your advice and a superb product highly highly recommended top top marks
