I absolutely love the screens. It's given me peace of mind to open my windows without worrying my indoor cat will jump out. Also, I made a mistake with the sizing and Dominic sent me new ones at no extra cost. So kind of him. Very easy to put up too!!!!! A very happy human and cat. Karen 😺

Ordered a door and 2 window screens. I made a mistake measuring the windows and contacted them. Within in 3 days I had the new window screens. Was told to send the old ones back when I got a chance. Absolutely amazing customer service and will be recommending this company!

Thank you Dominic. I can not Express enough how happy I am with your service. I ordered the wrong size then I was also sent the wrong size, but Dominic insisted I got half my money back. Then I also ordered the right size and they are perfect. I needed new ones as after 8 years the old one was well used 😁 btw this product is AMAZING!!! It keeps my cat safe and keeps the insects out! ❤️😁

I experienced the most amazing customer service from Flat Cats from my initial contact right the way through.
I even made an error when measuring my door, which was completely my fault, and a new screen for my door was compassionately and kindly sent out at no extra cost to me. I couldn't believe the kindness and good humanity!
The product is extremely good quality and easy to put up and although early days, I feel will be secure and long lasting.
It is sooo lovely to get fresh air into my flat after an awful summer last year, and my little cat Misty is loving the feeling of the air on her!

Amazing company and service, can contact them when you want they also support charities. Their mesh is top quality you might be able to buy cheaper Chinese mesh but then you risk escapes and accidents which you will end up regretting. They offer many options and custom to cover every setup possible.

I have bought many times and never had a single issue.

I placed my order on Sunday and received my order Wednesday morning - in Ireland! I don’t think I have ever received an order so quickly.

Two of the window protections are in place - super easy to put up. It is such a relief to be able to sit in my office and feel some fresh air without being paranoid about Willow escaping!!

We ordered 3 screens for our windows as we were so impressed with the ones our daughter has for her cats. We don't have cats but we wanted them as fly and wasp screens for warm summer evenings!
There were excellent instructions in how to measure, they arrived within days and were super easy to put up. I can highly recommend them and am already thinking of ordering a door screen as well! Thank you!

My order arrived very quickly and is working really well. Psycho Kitty tries to jump or fall out of my bedroom window but is thwarted ar each attempt and I can keep my window open for fresh air. The screen is unobtrusive in situ. Service was excellent. Highly recommended product and seller.

My Mother-in-Law (90) and her elderly cat (17) just moved into 1st floor flat, from a 3 bed house with garden.
She has always loved fresh air and the windows being wide open as much as possible (Mother-in-Law), oh as well as the cat!
Phoned for advice and about how long it would take to arrive, and hey presto, got them delivered and fitted prior to returning back to my own home 220 miles away.

I ordered window screens from Flat Cats when I moved into my new place last year so my cats couldn’t get out, and honestly they’ve been brilliant. The screens are really strong and well made, and they’ve held up perfectly over time. I now feel completely comfortable having the windows open, which has made such a difference, because I know my cats are safe inside.

The customer service was also outstanding. Dominic was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process and went above and beyond when I realised I’d measured a couple of the windows wrong. He replaced them for me without any hassle, which I really appreciated.

Outstanding service, product and communication for Dominic and Rachel, they helped me so much especially with how to measure correctly, my screens came today and I put them up they look amazing and so easy to put up! I will definitely use this company again!

Having rehomed a cat during a heatwave, I found flat cats on a well known online retailer. Perturbed by the cost and the lack of variety I looked direct. Ordered on Friday and for the measly sum of £2 they arrived today.

Really good quality, loads of tape and really simple instructions and they look good too. Four screens took less than 20 minutes to install

If every business was like Flat Cats then life would be easier!
We ordered a flat cat window screen and originally went for a custom fit as we weren't sure of the size. After ordering the owner quickly rung us to check our order and advise us, which was so helpful and great customer service. I've never had this happen before, but it was very welcome.
The Owner of Flat Cats advised us to get a standard screen, which actually cost us less money, madness he'd advise us to spend less but it goes to show you what an honest and customer-centred business they are.

The flat cat fits perfectly and is so safe and secure at keeping our two cats in. We will be definitely ordering again and I'm recommending them to anyone who needs it!

Dear Dominic & Mrs Dominic... I have said this many times at home since the installation of your flat cat products: you are both geniuses/genii - my wife agrees on this first point.

To all cat owners considering these products, it's a no-brainer and I wish I hadn't dawdled for so long - my wife agrees on this second point.

From the ordering process right through to putting them up, it's all been extremely easy. The measuring guide is very helpful in figuring out what size to order. Sent out in a timely fashion (obviously there might be delays beyond their control but there were none as far as I can see with the delivery of our ones). The products themselves are of high quality and rugged. You take them out the bag, put the velcro adhesive tape on the window frames, leave it for a while to set and then put the mesh on with the other side velcro which is on each side. They stay up and allow air to pass through very easily.

Ronjon F5 Bengal hasn't felt the need to claw his way through, and he's the clawer in the household. Rhea F6 Bengal has pecked now and again but the mesh is tough enough to withstand her.

The main point for me is the 'breathing of new life and air' in to the house since putting these up. It's like we've moved house (or got an earth friendly natural air-conditioner).

Definitely highly recommended and we will be investing in new ones at the next house move.

Both answered my queries over a weekend (thank you!), the advice and guidance was superb and the screen has saved our sanity during this hot summer and also stopped our worries that our boys might get lost. We are really pleased with the quality of the flat cats windows - we were struggling with the heat and not being able to open our bedroom windows. This product has meant we can let a breeze in. Rachel was super helpful and sent a replacement out free of charge when they accidently sent two of the same size. She was also on hand to answer any questions.

The meshes work great. I've got Siberians, so on the larger size, and was worried they might not held but they're really secure, especially with double strips. One of the meshes sent was the wrong size and too small for the window, but the seller sent out a replacement right away so it wasn't an issue.
