Great service and good products
Within 20 minutes from filling out the order request I had an email from Flashbay answering my questions and working with me to design the best product for my company, they send me samples within 24 hours and the final order was also timely delivered.
The USB sticks are high quality and a good representation of our company.
I always find that one of the things that matter most for me when ordering from a company is timely communication, that they have good understanding of what I need and want so that they can also make constructive suggestions, and of course that they then deliver what they promise in the agreed upon time frame. They were great on all aspects so I really hope that they expand to even more marketing and promotion sectors and I look forward to doing business with them again.

Excellent customer service. They sent a box with samples of the products immediately after I asked for a quote, and they kept in touch with me over the process.

They listen first, propose, and act !
Very friendly and pro-active. If you are busy, but you need it fast, you'll have it. Thats my experience. Also good their internal communication between production and administration. They redirected their invoice to reduce unnecessary taxes. Very Good!
