Great communication, great service, great product.
We ordered 100 custom USB pens for a small conference at our University. I was extremely pleased with Flashbay:
-Excellent communication at all stages
-Example set delivery at no charge allowed us to choose the best item (a USB pen)
-Real care taken over our product - the design we sent was not appropriate, so an alternative was designed and suggested without prompting. The suggestion was very good, and we took it in the end.
-Final product looks really good
-Ordering was very easy, just needed to write an email
-Delivery was very rapid
All in all, I strongly recommend Flashbay, and will be using them in the future.
