Working with Flashbay was really easy! From the word go, the experience was very personalised and thanks goes to Theodore for being so professional and personable.

We wanted to create some coffee cups with our brand logo on for customers/merchandise and Flashbay provided many, many different product options.

Once we settled on a couple we liked, the design process was straightforward and fast. Theo isn't an email only guy, he picks up the phone! Refreshing! Proofs of all designs were provided in high quality images.

We eventually ordered 50 units of the "Crew" style cups and they were delivered within a few days.

I would 100% recommend using Flashbay and we will be ordering more items from them in the future.

Nicholas was very helpful and always responded quickly during this process and regularly checked in.
The range of samples they sent out were very helpful in making our decision of what product works best for us
