The FitVii GT5Pro is a well made healthwatch and does more than it claims

The FitVii GT5Pro is a well made product and provides all the heart data that I wanted : sleep, pulse, blood pressure, and ECG. I do not need the O2 and glucose readings. I have the FitVii capture my data continuously and the Battery still works for one week.

I liked it so much that I bought one for my wife, but the 2024 version, Electropulse.

Was looking for a smart watch to track HR/Sleep/Steps

Was looking for a smart watch to track HR/Steps/Sleep and the GT5 does exactly that. After trying several other watches that didn’t come close to meeting the expectations set by the merchant, I’m very pleased to have found one that has performed AS advertised:) The HR feature is almost spot on when compared to a medical grade inferred monitor and it’s been quite useful having a constant tracking feature. The bands are comfortable enough to wear most of the day and throughout the night. The sleep tracking feature is neat and while it’s not a medical device, it seems to provide a fairly accurate measurement as far as sleep duration and time spent in deep/light sleep. The BP feature is far from accurate just like any other smart watch for obvious reasons. Not a biggy considering I wasn’t expecting those measurements to be accurate. Definitely water resistant and after dropping it a few times as well as hitting the screen on random things, it’s not scratched the face. I don’t generally rate/review things but it’s a quality device and I’ve just ordered another for a friend:)

It's been almost 6 months to start to…

It's been almost 6 months since I started using the GT5. As a personal review, I have a few things to note down. First, I focus on this watch as a blood pressure monitor, and blood pressure needs to be calibrated before use to make the data more accurate. Second, the strap is so poorly made that it is easy to loosen and cause the watch to fall. In fact, the watch was accidentally dropped 2-3 times. One corner of the rectangle of the watch screen is broken.
Third, the charger suddenly seems to be completely non-functional. Currently the watch is completely discharged and I haven't used it at all since 3-4 days ago.
I have requested a new charger because it is still under warranty. Customer service has updated the charger for me free of charge. I don't care about the data of the GT5 functions, such as steps, temperature, heart rate, SPO2, etc. I am using this data, just like the recent trends. The good thing is that regardless of the data, this watch allows me to pay attention to my health and daily activities. This is probably the most helpful.

Readings inaccurate

I used my watch about 2- 3months. All was good till the sensor for body temp n Hi blood readings are not accurate . Wrote to the support team
who respond promptly to clean the watch sensor. But the problems still exist.
After informing them, they said that they will replace me with a new watch. I was happy and satisfied with their good customer support n prompt service.

My Fitii Gt5 works perfectly once I properly calibrated it

My Fitii Gt5 works perfectly and as expected once I calibrated it with my Omron home cuff.
The smartwatch calibration will get you close but a doctors cuff or your own will get it properly set up and good readings continuously.
It’s important to remember that blood pressure fluctuates during the day and even between back to back readings.
The GT5 is fantastic once calibrated and all the other features make it indispensable

I bought the gt5 on 12/29/23

I bought the gt5 on 12/29/23. It worked flawlessly for several months, then late February it stopped turning on even though it had a full charge. This was the best watch I’ve ever used. I used so many fitbits that would die just after the warranty went out and I thought they were good - until I got this watch (far better than any of them). The heart rate tracker was spot on. I contacted the fitvii company and they will send me a new gt5 after the release of 5/10/24. I’m so glad I will be getting a new one (sure do miss the old one).

Bought the fitvii gt5 (not thr pro)

Bought the fitvii gt5 (not thr pro), fir it’s blood pressure function. The fitvii webste is a diaster. The WoFit app is awful and I still can’t read blood pressure after a week. You can swipe through the watches functions and blood pressure is no were to be found. If you seatch the website it says it needs to be activated through the WoFit app, but that doesn’t work either. Should have burned the $120 to impress my grandkids :( Chinese junk!

Should have read the reviews

Have not been able to get the GT5 and apps(wofit) to work as described. Then I start getting monthly charges from Digibuffnet(india) even after unsubscribing. Fitvii want proof (Video)of what is wrong before issuing a return authorization & proof that I have reset the watch. BBB next on agenda

V19 Pro a tremendous bargain

My first V19 was a gift from a friend. I was so impressed with the many functions in such as small device and that I was able to use it for about 3 years before it finally gave up the ghost. I went to the fitvii website and notice there was a V19 Pro that was a little bigger for easier reading. It worked even better. The application with my iPhone works great. I have never had a problem. This is truly the greatest value for one's money if you are interested in your blood pressure, daily steps, EKG (the cost of non-wearable home EKG's used to be over $200), sleep quality and message signaling. $80 bucks for all this? Fantanstic!

Fitvii is a scam. beware of fitvii scammers

- Non-accurate reading (even the wooden chair leg’s pressure is 120/80). This is dangerous for a patient with high BP and can be life-threatening
- It’s a toy watch with the wrong reading.
- Customer service staff are rude and not professional. CSRs give health advice without any degree or qualification which is offensive. Takes ages to reply the emails.
- Never got the right wrist belt after requesting for so many times.
- Didn’t get a full refund instead got replacement toy watch.
- Bribed to write the fake issue to trap the innocent buyers

Wish I had read the reviews

Update: I finally received follow-up from Fitvii. They have agreed to replace my watch. The response is not fast but it seems they are genuinely trying to resolve my issue. I will update my review once I receive the replacement watch.

Do not buy this, no customer service and fraudulent claims.

I am so disappointed. My watch was ordered on the 20th November and eventually arrived on the 27th January. They had given me the wrong tracking number, and provided no help whatsoever with trying to trace the package.
The watch is great; but IT IS NOT WATERPROOF. Even though it says on the back of the watch "up to 50m" it is not waterproof. I emailed customer service just to check and they said yes, the manual says IP67 but it is actually IP68.
Literally 3 days after it's arrival my husband then wore it while swimming. Needless to say, it is now a piece of junk. No reviving it.
In an email sent to me they actually say "The IP68 waterproof function is exaggerated on the website and we cannot guarantee that it can be worn swimming". This was after emailing me saying that yes, it is IP68 and there shouldn't be any problems.
They offered me a replacement watch if I took my bad review down on Trustpilot, so I accepted. That was 8 days ago. I have heard no reply from them since.
I hate that I have wasted so much time on this. Their customer service is non existent. Days pass while waiting to receive a reply from them. I have now officially given up.
And my bad review here on Trustpilot has now been put back up.

Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service. I bought a watch I didn't like, asked to exchange it, and they gladly just said they would send me a different one and I didn't even have to send back the old one. Thank you!
