I Received a phone call from the above company regarding a query i left for them, I Spoke to a Lovely Female member of staff, her Name was Julie, She was an Absolute Credit 💯 💯, Very Helpful, Understanding, i was trying to reverse on my mums driveway, while she was on the phone to me.. She was so nice and easy to talk to, Extremely Patient with us, She came across she really cared and nothing was too much trouble.. Fittleworth has been my provider for more than 10 years but sadly since last year the personal caring service I had come to expect from the company’s care Navigators has gone. My impression is that cost cutting has become the driver such that ordering is to be done on-line and DPD will do everything else. Much prefer the previous more caring deliveries of Royal Mail.
The Products of Holister are perfect.

Very good on phone but two issues. Delivery people didn’t follow instructions and I wanted black urostomy bags and you couldn’t supply them so I’ve gone to another supplier.

I cannot fault Fittleworth for their caring service. I have been a customer for over six years and have had no issues with them. Staff are polite and friendly and a pleasure to speak with. They went out of their way to help when I had a problem with a courier.

Communication with you is a major problem. You don’t respond to emails (other than a systems acknowledgement of receipt). I had the same problem last year and now this week you’ve failed to reply to my issue. I don’t know how you dare start your email address with the word ‘caring’

When you have to use catheters 5 times a day continuity of supply is so important. Belive me I feel safe and supported by the staff at Fittleworth, I know if I need an urgent supply you will get it to me. It truly is a matter of life and death. Thank you for all your support I'm truly thankfull.

Fittleworth use DPD for deliveries but DPD keep delivering to wrong address every time....
Today DPD left outside in the heavy rain and the box was soaked...
My wife will be telephoning Monday but will be just a waste of time as nothing changes and expect willbe told it was listed as deliver with no other instructions and we should not be forced to install DPD app on a mobile to leave more instructions, it should be stated by sender (fittleworth) and if DPD cannot correctly fulfil delivery requirements correctly, then another delivery company should be used
Fittleworth use DPD so their reputation is based on DPD deliveries which is very poor and hence, why I have left a 1 star review

Have been using fittleworth for over 7 years and in all that time I've hardly ever had any problems, on the very rare occasion I've had an issue its always dealt with swiftly & professionally by your wonderful staff.
As for the delivery service again 100% happy never had any issues or problems receiving my orders / delivery.

I have had no problems, the only times that I have phoned up is for an extra, like gloves or hand sanatiser, to be delivered with order. All the people I have spoken to, have been very helpful, and very polite, top marks to you all, keep it up. Our delivery's are always during the times we are given, if not in, they are left in designated place. So no problem with them, and they are usually polite too, please keep it up. Any issue is resolved very quickly, professionally and courteously.
If there is a problem with my prescription, Fittleworths will ring my GP practice and sort the issue on my behalf.
