Took Money and Never Contacted!

Absolutely dreadful experience.
Took my 50% deposit in September and have not heard from them since.
I have requested a refund of my deposit multiple times and finally had to take them to court via Money Claims service.
We have still not received our money back - this is a lot of money to me so I will have to keep pursuing it until I get it back.
Essentially this company took my money and has no intention of giving it back. Needless to say, I have lost all confidence and no longer want them to carry out the work, never mind give them any more of my money.
Believe the other reviews (elsewhere) and AVOID at ALL COSTS.
