AVOID THIS AWFUL HOTEL!

Do yourself a favour and avoid this awful place - it ruined our entire trip to Denmark. Rude staff, room not serviced at all during our stay, staff demanding payment for breakfast when we were told by 2 different staff members that our breakfast was included with our booking, complete disregard for disabilites needs guests - not to mention it being directly across the road from a titty bar/brothel with degenerate men lurking about by the front entrance of the hotel.... that's great if that's your thing, but it wasn't our thing. Reception took over 40 mins to get our taxi on day of departure and we ended up missing our flights home. Do yourself a favour - if Hotel Mayfair is literally the only hotel left in Copenhagen....... buy a tent and sleep in a park, even if it's snowing, your experience will be about a million times better than if you get a room at Hotel Mayfair. I wish we could give negative stars. Ruined our holiday - AVOID! And seriously, buy a tent and find a nice park for a better experience in Copenhagen.
