They have a physical store, real people to talk through your requirements and a great home delivery service
They have a physical store in Waltham Cross ( North London / M25 / J25 ) where you can see, touch and feel the materials of your future furniture. There are pamphlets detailing options and there are real sales people who are knowledgeable about their section / department. I took images, measurements and then called back to a person to confirm the specifications and the the selection and order process happened seamlessly with a deposit left.
When it came to delivery, an email was received requesting completion of payment, and whether the optional service around delivery ( depending on your location ) I was informed, it arrived a fortnight ahead of schedule.
The two person team came within their time slot, removed surplus packaging, installed and demonstrated the furniture leaving it and my home in a respectful condition.
I'd thoroughly recommend Fish pools if you are looking for your next piece of home furniture.

Incredible service from Fishpools
Incredible service from Fishpools yet again, we had to delay delivery for one month due to family illness, not only did they say this was not a problem, when i offered to pay the balance they said not to worry sort out your family first, when you are ready we will deliver and then take payment. Exceptional Customer Service
We decided to choose Fishpools not only because the quality of the furniture on display, but the exceptional customer service Wayne provided for us on the two times we met him. Wayne was patient, kind and really helpful the moment we met him - his expertise allowed us to choose the right fit for our new living room. We never felt rushed to make a decision and he explained all the features of the furniture, the best course of action in regards to delivery, as well as reassuring us on any area we had concerns about. He is also just a lovely person with great energy, and his dedication to not only the company but also to making the most out of our new living space shone through our interaction with him.
