Polite and Professional
We had an excellent experience when purchasing a new mattress from Fishpools. David Short answered all our questions and gave good advice. He was personable, professional and helped us to make the right choice. I would recommend a visit to Fishpools for the larger purchases especially if you feel a little hesitant about purchasing online. David did all the administrative part for us which was a great help.

My 5 stars is for the product itself and delivery driver
My 5 stars is for the product itself. I ordered dining chairs which look very stylish and are sturdy, extremely comfortable with quality fabric and exactly the colour I hoped they would be. I also give 5 stars for the actual delivery with the very helpful driver Desmond who had to manage communications with my neighbour at short notice. The chairs were packaged carefully with good protection. My disappointment was that my order was estimated at 12 weeks which I thought was a long time but in fact it took four months from time of purchase to delivery which is far too long and I’m sure could be improved upon.

Will not be getting the sofa till 25th…
Will not be getting the sofa till 25th august. Wish i could cancel this order. They tease you in with warehouse delivery date but be aware they add 3 weeks on to this. Was told it would be delivered in a 2 week window so that was a lie. Anything to get a sale over the line.
Poor time scales, website states 7 weeks will be 13 weeks nearly double.
Said i would get a van and pick it up from warehouse said i was not aloud to do that, pick my own sofa up?
Plus date changed from 5th to 4th to 6th all in one day 😂 jokers
As below comment on the phone yesterday (4th Aug) i was told would be in warehouse on the 4th which was yesterday, my order on your website states in warehouse on the 5th which is today amd now your telling me it will be in the ware house on the 6th? Which date am I to believe? No doubt it will get to tomorrow and the date will move.
Just checked now it is saying the 8th hahah thats a new one.

We'd like to clarify that your order has always had an estimated availability of the week commencing 2nd of August 2026. Your sofa is currently due to arrive at our warehouse on the 6th August 2026. Once your sofa arrives at our warehouse, our delivery team will be in touch to arrange the earliest convenient delivery date with you. We appreciate that waiting for a made-to-order sofa can be frustrating, and we're sorry for any disappointment this has caused.
With regards to collecting the sofa yourself, as your purchase is on a finance agreement, we're required to deliver it to the address specified on the finance agreement and are unable to offer customer collection. This was stated in the terms and conditions of your agreement that you signed.
We appreciate your patience and hope you'll be pleased with your new sofa once it arrives.

Brilliant delivery service!
We ordered furniture from Fishpools and could track the order online to see how long until everything was in. Fishpools called me and arranged a date to deliver when everything was in stock.
We had two lovely guys arrive first thing in the morning. They assembled all furniture and placed them in the rooms we needed them for. They were very polite and respectful, and took shoes off when they came in, so overall I was very pleased with the service. Thanks Luke and colleague!
The furniture is of amazing quality and all looks so good! I will definitely return to Fishpools for more!

Excellent Customer Service
An excellent, good quality Furniture Store. The Customer Service is outstanding at this price point. The Delivery Team are very efficient & ensure your home is respected. They lay out rugs and wear overshoes etc. The furniture is put together & installed at your place of choice.
I had a fault / issue that arose down the line &Julie got this sorted for me. Bruno, the Technician who attended was knowledgeable, skilled and very kind.
