Dean was friendly, super quick & explained the problem & how to get the best out of my fridge freezer going fwd.
Also, was able to advise me with my fisher Paykel dishwasher cleaning products !!

Ash did a great repair of our 9 year old dishwasher! Ash quickly tracked down the electronics issue, had a spare part in the van, and had the machine up and running in less than 15 minutes. Ash also waited for a quick a test wash with the machine to finish before leaving.

I bought one of Fisher & Paykel’s expensive two-drawer dishwashers because I loved the concept and spent a lot of time researching which companies made them. Unfortunately, it has turned out to be the worst purchase I’ve ever made.

From the day it was delivered, the buttons never worked properly. At first, I thought it was user error, so I kept reading the manual and trying different settings. Over the years, however, it became obvious that the dishwasher itself was faulty.

I have had countless engineers visit my home, and not one of them managed to fix the constant bleeping. They even sent a specialist, who also couldn’t resolve the issue. One engineer admitted they just kept replacing parts rather than replacing the dishwasher itself.

I have never been able to use the top drawer properly since the day I bought it. After years of complaints, endless engineer visits, and numerous replacement parts, the last engineer discovered that a copper coil, which should have been fitted from the start, had never been installed. He explained that without it, the dishwasher could never have worked correctly.

For years, I had to keep switching the dishwasher off at the plug because it would constantly bleep and randomly change from one setting to another. It was never properly aligned or fitted with the correct parts, so the fault was never truly fixed.
Now we don’t have beeping, but we can’t use the top unit (stilllll)

After all of this, Fisher & Paykel’s solution was to offer me a discount on buying another one of their dishwashers, which would still have cost me around £1,500.

I find that completely unacceptable for a premium appliance that has never worked properly from day one. Based on my experience, I would never recommend Fisher & Paykel to anyone.

Jiy arrived on schedule, was very knowledgeable about potential issues with both appliances and was able to service and address the problems extremely efficiently. We have had a few two draw dishwashers in various houses and they have always been really good and reliable. However we did experience an issue and Fisher and Pakel sent Adam out and he fixed the problem very quickly and even though it was just outside the 5 year warranty he spoke to his manager and they agreed to fix it at no cost. Absolutely delighted and great service - thank you

Second time Adam has been to me and both times he has been great. He explains everything clearly, efficiently mends what’s gone wrong goes above and beyond to even hoover behind my fridge when he’s pulled it out. Fisher Paykel are lucky to have a guy like this.
