Received replacement card terminal…
Received replacement card terminal after two weeks without (clearly second hand) however the zero button doesn't always work, currently been on hold to the customer services for over an hour now to try and get resolved. Avoid this company, no customer service at all!!!!

Awful customer service
Awful customer service. Regularly increase prices, sign you into new lease periods without your knowledge. Advised to send an email to give 30 days notice, only to be told they need a signature. They want £480 in terminal lease costs despite my lease finishing in July 2023 (I signed an 18 month lease in February 2022) Worst card service provider I have used in 15 years of business. Next day terminal delivery never happens, quality of terminal is awful (continually breaks). I've just read other comments and I'm not alone. It seems the sales people are miss selling the contract periods and I have now contacted Trading Standards. This seems to be a common occurance. Avoid this company at all costs.

Mr Parker was particularly courteous, knowledgeable and helpful from initial enquiry through to contract set-up.

I would definitely not recommend this…
I would definitely not recommend this company at all, when I took the contract out there was no mention of the contract length, that been said I would have expected 1 or 2 years, to my surprise, when I came to cancel it I was told it was 4 years, 4 years is a joke. The rep told me over the phone that after 18 months I can cancel with no fee, that's not true, only way out is to pay the remainder of the 4 year term off. I won't be doing that, the rep never returns emails, phone calls etc, an absolute joke of a company.
Update, they have looked into it and nothing can be done. Will not waste my time talking to someone else about the same issue when the compliants department have said thats it.

If I could give Jenny Newton 10 stars, I would! The sign up process with Jenny was simple, she went through everything in detail with no pressure. My new card machine arrived with a couple of days and Jenny came back and set it up the day it arrived. The machine is so much better that my old one and app is a great bonus!
