Our certificate of deposit was going to renew when we were out of town. I made arrangements with Mitzi Macias Barahona at the Cornell branch. She had reached out in the past when she noticed we weren't getting the benefit of our Premier membership. Mitzi set the renewal up with a new term and made the process stress free.
