An excellent and courteous service

An excellent and courteous service. The agent, who indicated that he was new, took time to read all the notes on my account before offering an opinion. Additionally, he stressed the importance of reading through all relevant regulatory material. I am grateful for his patience when I had to change payment cards. Crucially, on behalf of the company, he apologised about communication that did not arrive in a timely manner. Overall, it was an enjoyable call. Thank you!

The online document access process is a nightmare, verification kept failing, password reset request links not turning up

The sales call was excessively indirect, just say you want to sell me landlord's buildings cover with some options and these are the prices. Better yet, just put it in writing in an email with a link to accept and pay

Process made simple

As many other reviews have noted, the professional, friendly, and patient customer service was excellent. I had a great chat with Evelyn, who made the whole process as simple and clear as possible. I initially tried to sort out insurance by myself, but am so glad that I decided to get First2Protect to support me instead.
