An excellent and courteous service. The agent, who indicated that he was new, took time to read all the notes on my account before offering an opinion. Additionally, he stressed the importance of reading through all relevant regulatory material. I am grateful for his patience when I had to change payment cards. Crucially, on behalf of the company, he apologised about communication that did not arrive in a timely manner. Overall, it was an enjoyable call. Thank you!

Process made simple
As many other reviews have noted, the professional, friendly, and patient customer service was excellent. I had a great chat with Evelyn, who made the whole process as simple and clear as possible.
