This is a review of my first contact with the company. I wanted a quote for Buildings only Insurance.
It was a pleasant experience.
The quote was decent. I just want to get a few more quotes for comparison.
The gentleman [LJ] I spoke to was helpful, polite not pushy in anyway. Very happy for him to deal with my quote. He'll call back in a week after I've had time do any further checks I need to.
A minor thing and this is probably my fault. I have to create a portal to look at my quote and I haven't found that straight forward.

I spoke with Jodie today and we discussed my situation regarding a new buildings policy. I was renewing my policy, had some questions regarding the price increase but after a conversation with Lori, she explained the options available and I was happy to go ahead with the new quote. She was very professional and spoke clearly over the phone.
